"Leon switches in theremin like control courtesy of two banks of light sensititive resistors. The ones on the left control amplitude, the right side controls pitch of oscillators 2 to 5 (Oscillator 1 is a sine drone). It's a bit too wayward to play melodically with any consistency but it's very good for some nostalgic electro-cutup kind of thing.
Obviously quite a lot of cross modulation going on in the pin matrix here"
