MetaModule Tutorials: Spectral Reverb Patch
Lyra 8 // Elmyra II // Eurorack FX // Cocoquantus // No talking
video upload by Lesjamusic
"I've been working on some of the ambient sounds for Eric Whitacre's new piece, and set up this little Euro FX rack, together with recording some Elmyra. Eric himself is a master Lyra player, and I wanted to try out a little drone piece pairing these two together. Coco because Coco. Little break in the middle to retune the Lyra (natch)"

Shakmat Ballista Blast : Demo
video upload by Shakmat
"The Ballista Blast is a compact hybrid synthesizer voice built to hit hard, move fast, and cover a serious amount of ground in just 12hp.
It blends digital sound engines with a proper analog processing chain, so you can go from squelchy basslines to glassy textures, from smooth harmonic tones to wild, chaotic mayhem, without being stuck with a single ammunition type.
To keep things alive, the Ballista Blast includes a built-in envelope, an assignable random source, and a velocity input, all routable to nearly any parameter, so even the simplest patch can feel animated and performance-ready.
Because good shots deserve a save button, Ballista Blast stores 256 presets, with Select Bus support for quick recall in a system built for action.

Shakmat Ballista Blast Expander : Demo
video upload by Shakmat
"The Ballista Blast Expander adds a flexible modulation source to enhance your Ballista Blast. The main module is fully CV controllable and gives CV access to almost any parameter but what if you can have a dedicated modulation source assignable with configurable depth to the key parameters of the Ballista Blast ? What if those modulation settings can be stored and recalled with your favorite presets ? This is what this expander has to offer.
Did we say you can have two expanders per Ballista Blast ? Two expanders, two times more modulation, twice the fun.

Testing 9 Experimental Pedal Combinations – Ambient, Loops & Sound Design
video upload by A Last Picture From Voyager
"In this video, I test 9 experimental guitar pedal combinations for ambient loops, textures, and sound design.
If you feel stuck using the same pedals in the same way, experimenting with new pedal chains can unlock fresh ideas.
Even without the same pedals, this walkthrough can help you imagine new ways to use your own gear for ambient and experimental music.
Let me know in the comments if any of these combinations sparked new ideas for you.

Korg Volca performance Yarnbay Quartet
video upload by Veli-Matti Rautio
"Today Volca session with four Volcas. There were Bass, Beats, FM2 and Modular. Bass 16 steps self-made sequence, Beats also 16 steps self-made drum pattern and Modular 96 steps self-made sequence. FM2 lead playing with sound called Yarnbay with chorus and reverb. Korg microKONTROL midi keys to FM2. Roland Go: Mixer Pro analog mixing desk and Sony FDR-AX43A video camera. Composed, played, arranged and improvised by me in Studio Tupos upstairs livinroom's glass table 23.3.2026.Nr. 1539.

Dawless Techno Jam with Didgeridoo & PVC Pipes | Circuit Tracks + Rhythm
video upload by Underground Modulation
"🔥 Dawless Techno Groovebox Jam | Custom Samples (Didgeridoo & PVC Pipes)
In this video I perform a dawless techno groovebox jam built around custom samples and organic textures. This track combines electronic grooves with unusual sound sources like didgeridoo and PVC pipe samples, creating a unique and experimental techno atmosphere.
The setup features two powerful grooveboxes:
🎛 Novation Circuit Tracks
🥁 Novation Circuit Rhythm
Both grooveboxes handle rhythmic and melodic elements, working together in a seamless combo setup. The Circuit Rhythm brings character through custom sounds, blending organic tones with electronic beats for a distinctive underground techno vibe.
This is a fully DAWLESS performance — everything is sequenced and performed live on the hardware.
Final mastering is done in Ableton Live to enhance clarity and punch while preserving the raw live energy.

Buchla 259e Dubstep | 140 BPM
video upload by Akihiko Matsumoto
"Drum Kit:Alternative Bass Music (Sample Pack) https://akihikomatsumoto.sellfy.store...
Recordings: https://akihikomatsumoto.sellfy.store...
Don Buchla’s electronic instruments can be understood as musical tools and as environments for exploration. They allow performers to play in a physical and expressive way, yet they also invite a method of working that resembles research into the behavior of voltage and timbre.
Buchla did not follow the conventions of keyboard based instruments. Instead he created systems in which sound could be shaped through touch sensitive controls, complex modulation, and freely arranged signal paths. As a result, each patch becomes both a performance setup and a place to investigate how tones, noise sources, control voltages and modulation can interact within an electronic space."
Building a Serge BESTIA III panel with Serge Eurorack
video upload by Cinematic Laboratory
"I am aware my Serge series is a bit of a niche in eurorack, but I feel it shouldn't be. They may seem complicated, or maybe too simple with the minimal grid panels and the lack of leds. Maybe even eh.. underwhelming compared to the competition. Also, many Serge videos focus on the raw voltage paths, so many of them just scream, tick and growl. This video is no exception. However, if you truly want to know what modular synthesis is about to enjoy absolute voltage freedom (a challenge by itself) a Serge system can teach you a LOT about the gear you already have - even when you never get to own single Serge module. As always, I am not trying to sell you anything, I am not an influencer and I no longer care (too much) about the latest hype modules anymore unless it blows me away. This is now an educational channel. It always was. And it's my duty - and privilege - to try and show you why Serge changed the way I patch. If you don't know what you're missing, you won't miss it. And if none of this appeals to you, that's also a valuable 'lession'. Your personal experience is all that matters - and the music you love most.
I am still a beginner, with Serge you may always know nothing between your previous and next patch. But if you're looking for magic, there's a lot of magic hiding behind those modest panels."
