Moog Subsequent 25 - Over 250 Presets | 1.5 Hour Synth Exploration [Sound Demo]
video upload by Mr. Card Synths
"Moog Subsequent 25 - Over 250 Presets | 1.5 Hour Synth Exploration [Sound Demo] – a 1.5-hour deep dive into the Moog Subsequent 25, exploring a huge range of sounds across 250+ custom presets. I’ve always loved how immediate and “alive” this synth feels: thick Moog bass, punchy plucks, aggressive leads, smooth keys, gritty sequences, and tons of movement with simple tweaks. This exploration showcases a wide variety of tones and vibes — from clean and musical to dirty and driven — perfect for techno, electronic, synthwave, ambient, cinematic, and modern production.

Check out how the Vhikk X's effects can be leveraged to breathe new life into the Messenger showcasing how these two superheroes complement each other perfectly. The track we create highlights the unique character and tonal depth of my new favorite pairing."
DRONE MUSIC / Make Noise STREGA / Universe Zen TESSERACT / Pro-Ject Elemental / perform by GIPNOZER
video upload by G I P N O Z E R
"In the beginning, there was only the Void, and within it were born the Shapers—beings of pure energy whose thoughts shaped the universe. They wove galaxies like webs, breathed life into stars, and created countless worlds inhabited by wondrous creatures. But in the very act of creation, a flaw was born, a disharmony the Shapers failed to foresee. Their creations, imbued with a spark of self-awareness, began to deviate from the intended plan, evolving in unpredictable directions. At first, these deviations were minor, but over time they gained momentum, giving rise to chaos and destruction. The Shapers tried to intervene, to direct, to correct, but their control weakened with each passing moment. The universe, once their perfect creation, became a rebellious force, devouring itself. Stars faded, planets disintegrated, and life, once so vibrant and diverse, died in agony. In the end, the Creators, exhausted and broken, watched as their universe collapsed into a point, returning to the very Void from which they had once emerged. And with it, they themselves vanished, leaving behind only a silent nothingness, an eternal testimony to the futility of even the most powerful plans.

Pure, fragile Vongon Replay tones.
video upload by keinseier
"More tones of the Vongon Replay. So simple, yet so versatile. Paired with the Ultrasheer, it makes for a beautiful combo. The ticket to this patch here is filter frequency modulated by LFO in noise shape - you can see all other setting straight on the front panel here.
A hint of eq and some limiting on the master bus, that's it."
Analog oscillators hit different: exploring the SED-CSM and QSQ
video upload by SynthDad
"I dive deep into the raw sounds and harmonic richness of the SED-CSM, a complete analog synth voice from Rides in the Storm. With its dual oscillators, sub-octave generator, ring modulator, and a dedicated noise source, this module provides a massive foundation for everything from earth-shaking bass to evolving drones.
SED-CSM has two LFOs which can go into audio-rate, reaching up to 6.6 kHz and a VCF equipped with a dedicated overdrive switch. The SED-CSM offers endless possibilities for aggressive textures and squelchy, acid-inspired leads.
Complementing this is the QSQ; an 8-channel performance sequencer and MIDI-to-CV interface that serves as the brain of the operation. I show how the QSQ’s 16 analog-style rotary encoders allow for intuitive, hands-on melodic creation. Leveraging features like Euclidean rhythms, per-step probability, and integrated LFO/envelope generation, the QSQ compliments SED-CSM’s raw oscillators.
Timeline:
00:00 Sound demo
00:48 Overview of SED-CSM
04:50 Making a gritty bassline
08:11 Dub-techno chords
10:56 Doombient drones
16:46 Percussive sounds and hihats
17:56 Use LFOs to add hihat ratchets
19:23 Metallic tones and wavefolding
24:41 QSQ sequencer overview
25:34 Adding probability to notes
29:34 Using a sequencer for modulation
30:48 Adjusting a track's playback speed
31:28 MODulation amount
32:23 Using nudge to vary melodies

Ambient Electronica with Tape Loop and Granular Piano | Vibrant 2026-04-06 by atnr
video upload by atnr
"An ambient electronica piece built from electric piano tape loop and granular processed piano sounds.
The tape loop contains a one minute electric piano performance recorded on an endless tape. The playback is processed through monotron DELAY with filtering and delay.
On the norns shield, a piano melody is recorded and processed with granular synthesis in Graintopia. The sound is further sent through MOOD MKII to generate micro loop layers.
On the volca fm2, a synth pad is performed. Delay and reverb are applied using LOST+FOUND."

Easter Perfourmance MkII
video upload by Tim Shoebridge
"Happy Easter! Here in the UK we get a 4-day weekend, such a wonderful treat. For the very first time this year I've actually had enough spare time to sit in my studio for an hour, just relax, look around for a synth I haven't played in ages, and noodle on a keyboard for the fun of doing it. This little snippet of music was the outcome, noodling on a very special synth, the Vermona Perfourmer MkII. Effects are courtesy of two of my most favourite pedals, the Boss RE-202 and the Erica Synths Nightverb (well, the Nightverb is a desktop unit rather than a pedal but you get the gist!)"
