Patrick Gleeson - A tribute to a great synthesizer pioneer from CatSynth TV
video upload by CatSynth TV
"We at CatSynth pay tribute to Patrick Gleeson, a legendary synthesizer pioneer, performer, and composer, who passed away earlier this month. In addition to going through his history and accomplishments, we share some of his own words about his life in music and his collaborations, including his most famous collaboration with Herbie Hancock. We also share statements from composer and multi-instrumentalist Sam Morrison and Dina Pearlman-Ifil of the Alan R. Pearlman Foundation.

Buch Comber
video upload by Memetune Studio
"I’ve been rejigging the Buchla 200 cabinet today, as I just picked up some new cloney modules from a cool guy named Stephen in Farringdon. I got a Verbos pulser, a completely bonkers Clouds derivative live granulating module, and the excellent 295 Comb Filter, which is a really nice way of getting your hands dirty when it comes to manipulating sound on the Buchla. A bit like beach combing but it’s Buchla comb-filtering. Buch Combing
This is a live performance of some experiments in sound mangling, so don’t expect any nice melodies or beatz"
Roland TR-626 with mods
video upload by Ground Grown Circuits
"Some extra knobs on the TR-626.
Top knob controls sound ROM clock (kinda like a bit rate control) lower knob controls the Gate array clock (pitch). Normally the gate array controls the clock on the sound ROM, so separating them allows you to keep the bit rate high while lowering the pitch and not fully bit crushing the sound (unless you want to)"

Ultravox - Dancing With Tears In My Eyes | 80s Vintage Synth Cover | Emulator II
video upload by RetroSound
"Ultravox – Dancing With Tears In My Eyes
Originally released in 1984 as the second single from Ultravox's seventh studio album, Lament, Dancing With Tears In My Eyes became one of the band's biggest international hits and remains a defining classic of the 1980s New Wave and Synthpop era. The song reached No. 3 on the UK Singles Chart and became a Top 10 hit across several European countries.
For this cover, I used a selection of legendary vintage synthesizers and drum machines to recreate the iconic sound and atmosphere of the original recording as authentically as possible.
Instruments:
Rodina Alisa 1377 – Analog Bass
Oberheim OB-Xa – Pads & Synth Textures
E-MU Emulator II – Piano, Choirs & Additional Samples
LinnDrum – Drum Machine
Simmons Electronic Drums – Classic 80s Electronic Percussion"

"Product Link: https://natlifesounds.com/product/atm...
Atmosphera for Korg Prologue - This is a new sound bank for Korg Prologue 16/8 synthesizers.Immerse yourself in the true atmosphere of pure analog sound with this library.
Inspired by Blade Runner, Boards Of Canada and my own life expirience, which I conveyed into these sounds
Here you will find deep textured Pads, mesmerizing Synth sounds with a Retro spirit, low punchy Basslines, Chords, atmospheric modulated Effects, Plucks inspired by DX, Cinematic sounds and other Ambient-inspired patches. The sound of the wind, rain and sea, the sound of the sun warming the earth and life on earth - this is approximately how this library can be characterized.
The soundset contains 50 Korg Prologue presets & patches
Made by Igor Leus aka NatLife.
Note: I used the approach of a dry signal and a signal processed by the Dark Sun pedal approach to give you an idea of what's in the library and how it might sound processed."
