I chose to use the Teenage Engineering OP-1 Field and the Hologram Microcosm to guide me into what was later referred to as the "space jungle." This track falls into the jungle-IDM genre. "Sometimes I might want to add a little glide/slew/portamento to a sequence or keyboard part but don’t have a slew module handy or it’s already being used. With these I can just plug the CV source in and out of a multiple (or Y cable) along with the slew plug that best suits the tempo and effect I want.

These were inspired by a thread on the ModWiggler 5U forum. I simply soldered an electrolytic capacitor between the terminals of a modified 1/4” plug (I cut the ground/strain relief short) and then put some heat shrink on them and labeled with a Sharpie. I capacitor used values 10, 22, 47, and 100 µF."
