Michigan Synth Works Chronovore 303 Sequencer running Sonic Potions RE-303 CPU

Michigan Synth Works

"This is the Michigan Synth Works Chronovore 303 Sequencer running the Sonic Potions RE-303 CPU. This will likely be a premium option down the road where you can choose the stock Pixie CPU or the SP as an upgrade. Most of the features shown here are SP CPU exclusive like the chase lights in write mode, reverse/forward play, and MIDI note play."

via Michigan Synth Works

""Chronovore is a CV/Gate Sequencer based on the TB-303. The circuit was faithfully recreated with modern components in a small form factor suitable for eurorack. The device includes the Pixie u650 CPU which runs an emulation of the original 303 mask ROM for a genuine 303 experience. Since the hardware is identical to the 303 sequencer, other CPUs such as the Quicksilver or Sonic Potions are also compatible.

Features:

Accent, Gate, CV Outputs
Clock in (24 PPQN) and Run (active High) Inputs for sync
MIDI Input for MIDI sync and start as supported on Pixie
Adjustable slide time, stock, longer, longer, and REALLY long
Digital controlled Bank/Function controls with display (pattern groups are displayed as A-D instead of I-IV)

24HP, 25mm Deep

Don't Bore Us

video upload by Cylob Sonic Research

"The Michigan Synth Works MSW-810 is a replica of a Roland analog monosynth from 1983, a cousin of the much more famous MC-202. But it has its own distinct sound, somewhat beefy and powerful, reminiscent of even earlier Roland synths from the seventies. What will happen when the MSW-810 meets modern replicas of vintage Boss chorus pedals? Let's find out!

Putting in a cameo appearance is the Michigan Synth Works SY0.5, a eurorack adaptation of the vintage Pearl Syncussion. Everything controlled by two Launchpads together with some custom SuperCollider patches.

Michigan Synth Works SY0.5 - Pearl Syncussion Clone in Eurorack

Published on Nov 19, 2018 DivKidVideo

"**TIMING INDEX / SECTIONS BELOW** Here's the new Michigan Synth Works faithful recreation of the classic synth percussion unit the Syncussion from Pearl. Modern equivalents of all the original components are still available so this is very close to the original. Lots of drum sounds on board, I've had some great punchy kicks, longer tom like tones, alien FM cowbell action. To me the unit feels like one big sweet spot, hard to make a bad sound on which can be as rare thing.

Michigan Synth Works MSW 810 Analog Synthesizer

video upload by Michael Dykehouse

"The MSW-810 is a faithful recreation of the CMU-810 Monosynth which was designed as a synth expander for the 1983 CMU-800 computer music production system. At its core however, is the tone generator of the MC-202. In this clip the MSW 810 is producing all the sounds you hear including the drums. Available currently as a kit and will be available fully assembled in the fall of 2022."

🧚 Fairy Fountain | The Legend of Zelda | Modular Synthesizer

video upload by Sworn64

"🧚 This is a classic video game song from The Legend of Zelda series with tons of nostalgia. Please enjoy this modular synthesizer version of the song.

I initially made this as a way to learn more about working with chords on the Audiophile Circuits League Sinfonion module. This song has lots of chord changes, so I thought it was a great choice.
