"Built as a Reaktor 5.0 ensemble, Sapphire provides the most powerful step sequencing abilities available in a unified instrument. It provides all the sophistication of a modular tool, but you don't need to build your own custom modular setups; the modularity is already built into it. With just a few clicks, all its sequencers can trigger and modulate each other. MIDI can also change and trigger all the sequencers in many different ways. There are 16 step, bar and rhythm sequencers; multiple trigger and gate modes; four modulation matrixes; note filters and transformers; chord generators with each pattern sequencer; dozens of custom and preset pitchmaps; step record; controller output; multimode clock jitter for adding timing realism; and a snapshot sequencer for chaining presets. All the sequencer channels are fully polyphonic, and playing notes can sustain to their original duration across preset changes. Any of the 16 sequencers can output to any combination of 16 MIDI channels and 4 other instruments inside the Reaktor ensemble.
