In this video, we demonstrate how you might be able to incorporate some of our fx onto a simple rhodes loop..
Signal flow is as follows, Rhodes-Crunch-Vibro Trem-Triple Twister.
Due to some parts of audio being very subtle, viewing this video in HD mode is highly recommended..."

"In this shot, you can see the Eurorack system, which acts as Time Square, where Ableton Live interfaces with the modular and other analog devices through the Eurorack system (via the Cwejman AI-2s in the lower righthand corner, next to a pair of Make Noise Pressure Points with Brains. Above that is the TipTop row, with a Z8000 sequencer, a pair of Z3000 MK2 VCOs, and a Z-DSP). Also patched in is Schippman Ebbe und Flut, Mungo Sync, OTO Biscuit, Pigtronix Echolution and a Zerotronix Min-LE passive spring reverb. In the left foreground is a Monome 256 running Stretta's Monome suite for Max For Live, and glowing off to the right is an ancient Cooper MSB 16/20 MIDI patchbay....."

going modular - test 3
YouTube via csmcrckrs | January 04, 2011 |
"Just a quick test of my new sequencer. Only one row of the sequencer is used and only one module is used. Sequencer: Doepfer MAQ 16/3. Module: Doepfer A-111-5. Plus a heavy amount of delay."
Roland MKS80 rackmount synth w/ MPG80

"The MKS80 is Roland's rackmount version of the popular Jupiter series and is similar to the Jupiter 6 and Jupiter 8. One of the fattest and most versatile synths ever made. It features 8 voices of polyphony with 2 great sounding analog oscillators per voice, classic Roland filters, 2 envelope generators, and tons of routing and modulation possibilities. Perfect for pads, leads, bass, or anything you could imagine. It's been used by artists such as Vangelis, Vince Clark, and the Pet Shop Boys. Also included is the MPG programmer which breaks out all the controls onto one panel and makes creating and editing sounds a breeze. This unit was recently serviced by the techs at The Analog Lab, NYC's premiere store for vintage synth and pro audio sales and repairs, so you'll be getting a fully cleaned and calibrated synth."

my weather machine

"the weather machine is a diy synth built buy me lots of strange noise makers packed into the box. has 4 key pad push buttons that trigger oscillators. fiber optical there min bulb that can be effected buy light or an internal green light that blinks to the lfo the lfo also can effect the other things in the machine. It also has a lo pass filter. there is a scuzzy effect also installed you can use it to get some amazing sounds with this thing you can also modulate rf signals and plug another instrument into it. runs on 9v battery 1/4 inch in and out put this thing is a real demon. anything from playing rythmic video game sounds to bassy motor boats to great wall of china noise and talking to other dimensions.the enclosure is metal and is recycled all the electronics are new.check out the vid and pics feel free to ask any questions 4 tunable push buttons with 4knobs lfo 3 types selected buy 3way toggle 1knob optical theremin bulb 2 types selected buy 3way toggle on of on lo pass filter knob scuzz effect 3 types selected buy 3way toggle on of on and on of toggle with led indacator rate knob input 1/4 inch output 1/4 inch volume/blend for scuzz and synth ."

"You find an old oil furnace tester in a pile of rusty scrap iron. And what could be more natural than to build a small synthesizer into the unit?
This is exactly what I am doing in this video. But to make things fit into the relatively small space I had to simplify the design considerably: Instead of a Voltage Controlled Oscillator I used an astable multivibrator and a row of resistors. Instead of a Voltage Controlled Amplifier I used a clipper. And the envelope generators are really simple ramp generators.
But still it is working. And even though it has some quirks and appear a bit experimental it can still be used for something........ I hope.
The music that comes with this video - before the demo - is something I made back in the year 2000 on the Yamaha HE-8 and Technics SX-C600 organs. I used a Rhytm Ace drum machine for the rhytm and this machine was sync'ed to a homemade phasing unit that modulated the sound from a Yamaha PSS-12. I used a Dynacord Echocord Mini for the echo and the recording was made on a pair of Beocord 2000 tape recorders."
