The Hyde Distortion Filter, from Retro Mechanical Labs, has now been equipped with 3.5mm jacks for ease of use with Eurorack modular synthesizers. It is a standalone desktop unit meant to be patched to all sorts of other gear using 3.5mm jacks. This euro version incorporates five difference CV inputs to control almost any knob in the filter. Each CV input has a corresponding LED for visual feedback of the signal patched in. The Hyde Distortion filter is perfect for creating dark textures and soundscapes. Tune the resonant feedback to match your harmonic droning or wall of noise. Use two boxes to create deep stereo textures.

"Running eurorack drums through the Retro Mechanical Labs Electron Fuzz with eurorack compatible 3.5mm CV input jacks. The Electron Fuzz is especially good at generating screams above your drums with the feedback oscillation. This patch uses envelopes from the Galilean Moons and then an LFO from Peaks to modulate different setting on the Electron pedal. The drums pattern is created by the Noise Engineering Numeric Repetitor, and the sounds are from the Leploop Cassa, Audio Damage Boomtschak, and SSF Quantum Rainbow through the Hexinverter Galilean Moons.
The ever popular Electron Fuzz Custom has now been adapted with 3.5mm CV inputs for use with Eurorack synthesizers. The size has been slightly scaled down, to work more efficiently on a desktop. It provides CV control over the Hurt, Pain, Feedback Osc, and Distortion out. This beefy distortion can now have even more versatility with its interfacing with modulation signals and Eurorack sound sources."
