"Beautiful huge sounding Oberheim OB-8 analog synthesizer with MIDI and second page facility. Virtually new looking, (see pictures). The small price is due to the fact that the keyboard has a few keys that do not trigger and I have no idea how to deal with that, when I play and recorded with it using MIDI and all keys show up fine."

"Has a really impressive low end, tweak-able with the "Bass Booster" fader - seems to function to really dial in however much subharmonic content you want.
All switches work.
Tone: Self Explanatory - Mellow vs Bright
Fuzz: This is a super cool on board distortion circuit that gives you an awesome germanium/square-wave break up
Mode: Sustain makes it like a normal organ, meaning it plays as long as the key is depressed. Percussion mode gives the notes decay, the length of which is controlled by the following switch.
Decay: Controls the length of decay. This is a subtle but very useful feature in my opinion. And with the fuzz circuit engaged, the decay has a very unique synths character to it."

ELTA music POLIVOKS FILTER 2

"The Polivoks Filter-2, from Elta Music, utilizes the classic Soviet filter chip for a unique filter tone. This model includes original modula- tor (LFO) block from Polivoks Synth. There is a new controller called Wob Fader. It controls Filter Cutoff Freq using CV. Wob Fader has it’s max values on the sides, and minimum CV is at the centre. This Fader let’s you easily perform one popular modern electronic music trick: «Wobbla». It mimics scratch effect. Thanks to four available Filter modes (LP/BP/HP/Notch) device can dramat- ically change your source signal."
ARPIE V5 DIY MIDI Arpeggiator vs TT303
Published on Jun 25, 2017 Jason Hotchkiss
"A quick noodle with some of the new features in firmware version 5 for my ARPIE MIDI arpeggiator.
Now you can enter a chord manually on the front panel by toggling notes on and off, there is improved access to the per step Accent/Glide features and new per-step Legato, Octave jump up/down, Fourth down and polyphonic note play-thru.
IMHO best of all is a transpose sequencer, which allows you to enter a series of transpositions which plays back at bar length. Works great with existing force to scale mode.. perfect for serendipitous discovery of new chord progressions!
Now it's even more fun to use ARPIE standalone, without a MIDI keyboard. Randomizing the accent/tie sounds great on a 303 sound. The sound here is from Cyclone TT303 and an MFB Tanzbar, which also clocks the ARPIE"

"A demonstration video of our new modified input filter which now auto-adjusting to the fundamental frequency and improves the pitch tracking in a dramatic way. Here we demonstrate it with probably the hardest instrument to track, a 5 strings bass.
Special thanks to Skład Muzyczny Krakow who provided us this fine instrument!"
Modulation and Sound Layering Experiments with Synthor System 8
Published on Jun 25, 2017 PERCUSSA
"A combination of layering samples using wavetable oscillators, and modulation using variable frequency noise as well as frequency and index modulation.
In Synthor System 8 patching is done by placing AudioCubes next to each other, smart cubes which represent synthesis modules and sense location and distance. The distance is linked to modulation depth of the signals.
The encoders and buttons on Percussa REMOTE are used to change the parameters of the synth modules.
