"Video contains 4-voice pattern using Mutable Instruments Plaits, Rings and Warps. Sound demo of a Eurorack, modular synth using MUTABLE INSTRUMENTS modules.

Two MIDI sequences from ELEKTRON DIGITAKT were sent to MI Yarns and Rings. Drum beats come through AUDIO OUT from Digitakt too.

Mutable Instruments Plaits is a macro oscillator module for a EURORACK modular synth. 16 synthesis sounds can be used for 8 pitched sounds and 8 noise and percussion sounds.

Recording done by Ableton Live with a Focusrite 6i6 audio interface."

Everything is routed and recorded into Tascam Portastudio 424 MKII using Maxell High Bias Type 2 cassette tape. No post-processing, all effects are from GSI Specular Reverb, Fractal AX8 and TipTop's Z-DSP with Valhalla Shimmer cartridge."

"12-Bit, 6 Voice Sampler, SD Recorder, 64 Step Sequencer for Eurorack. In this vid, the SampleSimon is playing the 909 drum sounds and sending a gate signal out to a Moog Mother32 that plays the bass line. The Mother is sending an LFO back to the SampleSimon that modulates first the swing amount, and later the sequence length."
