"I've built the ARP 4072 VCF (yusynth clone version) in another protoboard, this time using matched transistors (BC560), also matched resistors and capacitors. Next time I will try some modifications to the exponential converter and other little things."

Arp 2600 Version 2601 V1.0 Serial #0352 we think dated to 1975 with the matching 3620 Keyboard, serials match as well. Cosmetically the synth is in great condition with little sign of wear and no major noticeable blemishes. The metal faceplate is in great almost scratch free condition with no major noticeable blemishes. There's a scratch here and there on the carrying case and tolex but again nothing major. See photos for a very good indication of the cosmetic condition. The synth and keyboard are both in perfect working condition and sounds/plays fantastic. Comes with all power cables."

Nyle Steiner EVI (Trumpet) and AKAI EWI 3020m Analog Synthesizer

"If you are looking for one of these, then you will know much more about it than I do. As I understand it, Nyle Steiner is somewhat of a pioneer in the design of electronic synthesizers for valve instruments suitable for professional use. (You can google the "Nyle Steiner Homepage" or EVI instruments at "Synthmuseum" for more information.) We bought this in 1998, just after Nyle parted company with AKAI, as a birthday present for our father, a retired professional jazz trumpeter. He was not interested in learning about synthesizers, so it was set aside and never used. My brother had purchased the AKAI 3020 electronic wind instrument (EWI) and the 3020m analog sound module new and shipped them to Nyle in Los Angeles to convert the wind instrument to a valve instrument (EVI).

This sales includes the Steiner EVI and the Akai sound module, along with all cables and manuals. They will be shipped in the original AKAI boxes."

"1970s Stylophone 350S Analog Synthesizer in EXCELLENT CONDITION. Made in England.

This large model of the Stylophone with photo-controlled wah-wah and vibrato sounds amazing, with a powerful and colorful analog synth sound.

Vangelis used a Stylophone 350S on his 1975 "Heaven and Hell" album, and the track "Pulstar" on his album "Albedo 0.39" from 1976. There is no other synthesizer in the world like it.

All functions have been tested. Everything works and sounds great!"

WMD Arpitecht TRIAD - an explanation

"The WMD Arpitecht is an arpeggio generator and quantizer module for eurorack modular synthesizers. It is great at creating melodies and rhythmic bass lines for oscillators and synth voices. It has an expansion module called TRIAD which is for creating chords within the modular system.

In this video, Alex quickly runs through our recommended method for sequencing the TRIAD and creating chord progressions. This requires an outside step sequencer that creates static voltages to sequence the TRIAD input and change the chord you'd like to hear.

The short version is, plug in the note outputs into the V/OCT inputs on 3 separate oscillators and turn the TRIAD knob all the way to the LEFT.

Next, Tune your oscillators so they are all the same note as each other. This note should be the ROOT note of your scale set on Arpitecht.

Now, instead of using the TRIAD knob to select the triad you'd like to hear, select step one on your external sequencer and move the CV to select what chord will corellate with that step. Do the same on your following steps until your progression is complete."
