U-He Diva: 60 Dark Noisy Arp Presets. No Talking Sound Demo

video upload by Anton Anru

"🌌 Dark Cycles is a collection of 60 arpeggio presets for the U-He Diva virtual synthesizer.
The soundset is built around the idea of combining a hard, mechanical sound with a more atmospheric vibe due to FM synthesis, modulations, delay, reverb, and other synthesizer capabilities.

📦 Get these patches: https://antonanru.sellfy.store/p/diva...

📻 The bank is inspired by analog sounds, but the goal was to make a more aggressive sound, but still atmospheric.
💽 The bank covers a wide range of timbral colors: lo-fi, atmospheric, hard, detuned, bright, massive, dirty, analog. Perfect for a variety of genres such as techno, breakbeat, EDM, IDM, industrial, and more.

🎛 Each preset is performance-ready, with velocity sensitivity and ModWheel assignments mapped for expressive control. The ModWheel introduces additional modulations - such as brightness or tonal shifts - offering creative flexibility for both studio production and live performance.

👤 The author of the soundset is skendi (Arseniy Pushkov).

💡 Technical Info – How to Import Presets
Open the Diva plugin.
Go to the Presets tab.
On the left panel, find the User folder.
Drag and drop the folder Anton Anru Presets – Dark Cycles from your computer into the User folder inside Diva.
Restart the plugin or refresh the presets list if needed.
The presets should now appear under User in the Diva browser.

Make sure you are using the latest vst-plugin version."

Digitone 2 Macros: 7 Reasons You Should Use Them

video upload by Sineway

Also see Digitone 2 controlled by Launch Control XL 3 - Full one-take performance

"Are Digitone 2 macros the most underrated feature in the Elektron world?

In this video, I show how you can use the mod wheel macro to create *smooth, relative control* over multiple parameters. The best part? These macros stay consistent across pattern changes, meaning your fader always reflects the actual sound, even across pattern switches.

In this tutorial, I'm using the Launch Control XL 3 (thank you Novation for sending it over!) to map a single fader to several parameters at once - no value jumping, no mess, just clean transitions and full performance control. You can use just about any other midi controller for this to work.

And yes, I know macros aren’t new. Digitone, Syntakt, Digitakt 2 - they all have them too. But let’s be honest - it’s probably the most buried and menu-divey feature there is and most of us either ignored them, forgot they existed, or assumed they’d break everything mid-jam.

Turns out: they’re absolutely brilliant! It’s the first time I’ve added more cables to my setup and felt zero regret.

The mighty Make Noise ReSynthesizer: a dream modular synth

video upload by Signal Sounds

"Sound designer and composer Michael Manning makes a welcome return to the Signal Sounds channel to explore the ReSynthesizer - a curated selection of Make Noise modules in a 7U 104HP case. This system is a fantastic way to explore experimental music without being paralysed by choice when trying to build a Eurorack setup from scratch.

In the video, Mick builds some incredible patches that show off the range of the system, and talks through some of its key components - including the Spectraphon oscillator and double Maths!
