The Elka Synthex is Back - New Release of the Legendary Synthesizer Expected this Year

It looks like the ELKA Synthex will be first.  The following are some pics and details via bringelkaback.com.  The second pic with the buildings and cars is the Elka factory according to the site.  I'm curious if we will see the Synthex at this year's Musikmesse.

"A simple demonstration of our Odio iOS audio interface for Eurorack modulars, running the Borderlands 2.0 granular synthesis app on an iPad.

The speech synthesis is coming from a prototype module (potentially ADM10, but that hasn't been decided yet.) The hi-hat sound is from our Mad Hatter module; the analog synth melody line is from the WMD/SSF module collection, and the whole raft is sequenced by our Sequencer 1 platform.

Great demo of the Volca Keys played with the keys rather than the sequencer.

"With only a choice between a saw wave or square wave, the Keys tend to still have a brassy(saw) or bell-ish(square) overtone. Even with Peak and EG INT on the VCF turned all the way down, if it were not for the reverb the sound would be more saxophone like(which can be useful as well). Some small amounts of pitch intensity(very very little) and cutoff intensity have been added too. Spring reverb types felt more bass like, this is modulated reverb in this example...still a little brassy.

It plays like a string pad or even a woodwind though."

"This beautiful vintage synth has a midi upgrade, all knobs, switches and lights are functional. This keyboard plays great! The keyboard comes with owners manual, pedal, power cord,electrical schematics, rom diagnostic chip, original factory programming cassette. There are a few minor scratches and the wood sides have a small chip in them (shown in pictures) Keyboard comes with "STAR" flight case."
