Roland JX-3P Sound Demos

"Seventeen short (mostly) demo pieces of sounds I have created on my Roland JX-3P vintage analog synthesizer from 1983. They explore the sonic capabilities of this instrument, which looks deceptively simple, but can produce quite unexpected and beautiful sounds. All tracks use only one sound, there is no layering. Most sounds were created on the fly using the DT-200 (a PG-200 clone) and not saved afterwards, except by taking a snapshot of the programmer's knob positions. So I'm not able to share the patches, sorry.

Recorded in November 2015 with a BOSS BR-600 digital recorder from the stereo outputs of the JX-3P. Delay, chorus or phaser from the BR-600 and a Behringer EM600 delay pedal were used on some tracks. Mixed in Tracktion 6 on Linux. Some reverb was added to most tracks with Zita Reverb (LADSPA) or Klangfalter (VST) plugins."

Synth Spotting with Adele - When We Were Young (Live at The Church Studios)

Wasn't expecting to post this one, but take a look at the vintage synths in the background. You should be able to spot a Solina String Ensemble, Yamaha DX7, Roland Jupiter-6, KORG PS3100, Fender Rhodes and a Moog Minimoog Model D.

They aren't touched, but are just part of The Church Studios. In the video below they appear to have an EMS VC3S and a rare Gleeman Pentaphonic as well as some eurorack gear. Further below a a pic from their Studio 1 with the VCS3 and the eurorack modular. They definitely have their synths covered.
