Published on Mar 1, 2016 LowGainElectronics
Update: Re-Published on Mar 1, 2016 LowGainElectronics

"In this video I'm demonstrating using the 2-Bits as a preset voltage for DC offset of a sequence coming in from the Verbos Voltage Multi-Stage. I also used the Trigger output on the 2-Bits to fire an EG provided by the MakeNoise Maths which is being sent to the 'Effect' CV Input on the SynthTech E950 CircuitBent VCO.

950 VCO into LXD into ADSRVCA into ProOuts into Protools: processed via 1/8note simple delay and reverb."

The MIDI Thing (TMT) - MIDI over Bluetooth Wireless Bridge For any MIDI Device

Published on Feb 26, 2016 TMT Kickstarter

Currently seeking funding on Kickstarter, The MIDI Thing is essentially a single MIDI IN/OUT cable with a bluetooth adapter in the middle. You plug in the MIDI IN and OUT ends into your MIDI keyboard or controller of choice and it becomes a Bluetooth MIDI controller.  Curious if it will work with MIDI OUT ports only, or do you need to loop it back into a MIDI IN port for any reason? Some keyboards like E-mu's XBoards only have MIDI OUT port.  I'll see if I can find out.  Here's a demo of it with an iPad:

Minilogue Unboxing (minilogue sounds only - feat. Korg microSAMPLER)

Published on Mar 1, 2016 Arrayzable

"All the sounds in this track are exclusively minilogue. Tweaked presets and a single shot of a minilogue kick drum too.
This video is an unboxing video with an original track by me.
At the end of the video my wife is playing and singing a little snippet of Michael Jacksons 'Man In The Mirror' (and NO, I don't own the rights to that song. It's just a cover) :)

As always live play with synths and sequencers.

Used in this track:

Korg minilogue
Korg microSAMPLER
Korg miniKaossPad2 (for recording)"

Man Against God, God Against Nature (Audulus 3 FAWM2016 Album)

"This is the culmination of the massive Audulus 3 patch I've been working on in February! [see this post for previous videos] You can download the patch here: http://bit.ly/LetsPlayAudulus3

Inspiration for the album:
Music has always had a tradition of blending storytelling with applied philosophy. Or at least, at its greatest, it aspires to do so. We can never hear the first songs of mankind, but we can guess what they were about. The earliest stories undoubtedly revolved around the struggle of man against nature. Then Gods against man. As we cast about today we find a narrative in which Gods and Man are mutually forsaken, and Nature is I'm totally fucking with you. This is ambient. I just tried to make some pretty bleeps and bloops.

If you missed it, you can watch the whole Let's Play with Audulus 3 series here: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list...

Vintage Concert Photos of Larry Fast Performing with Peter Gabriel

via The Bob Moog Foundation

"Pioneering synthesist Larry Fast (Synergy, Peter Gabriel, Nektar, Tony Levin) and concert photographer Brad Owen have joined forces to provide 50 sets of two rare signed and numbered photos of Fast in concert with Peter Gabriel to the Bob Moog Foundation.

The two photos are exclusive to the Bob Moog Foundation and capture Fast on stage during Peter Gabriel's first solo tour in 1977. He is surrounded by a bay of synthesizers and other equipment including both Moog and Oberheim instruments. The vintage images evoke a period feel, and are bathed in purple and red hues from the stage lighting.

The set of the two photos can be yours with a $100 donation, made here.

'It is an honor to have counted Bob Moog as a long-time friend,' recounts Fast. 'I used his instruments extensively throughout my musical career. Their design and sound served as an inspiration for my work.'

In addition to the photos, supporters will receive a copy of Fast's second synthesizer album, Sequencer.

Read more about the offer and donate here.

Quantities are extremely limited.

Many thanks to Larry Fast and Brad Owen for their support of the Bob Moog Foundation, and for making this opportunity possible!"
