• Banana plug patch bay allows you to play up to 4 samples at once triggered from the two arcade buttons or trigger inputs.
• Control the speed and direction of the samples with the knobs as well as the CV FM (-5V to 10V) input
• CV envelope follower out (0-8V) based on audio playback level
• Trigger outs (10V) from each sampler button.
• One shot mode, Gate (mpc style) mode, + Send external audio through the built in 1 second stereo delay.
• Record into one of 10 banks. Each can hold up to 17 seconds of high quality audio.
• Delay sync in and out with the ability to divide and multiply incoming sync rate.
• Micro SD card slot allows loading and saving WAV files to and from the 10 banks.
• Built-in new samples from Daedelus
• Powered by a 12V DC adapter - included.

First 90 units will ship by September and will include a limited edition pin designed by Trek Matthews

Is it a module? The Delaydelus 2 is a stand alone unit that can send and receive standard CV and triggers for a eurorack modular or anything else. Self patching is encouraged. The device takes -5 to 9V CV inputs, triggers over 3V, sends 10V triggers, and sends 0-8V CV out Audio in and outs are line level AC coupled.

Is it an effect? Yes you can use it as a stereo delay effect with one of the 2 through modes. Delay times of the left and right channels are independently adjustable.

Can I send signals directly into the banana jack patch bay? Yes if you are using a banana jack system the samples can be triggered directly but the two devices must be grounded. One way to do this is by using one of the ⅛” jacks which is why the ⅛” trigger inputs are an easier way of externally triggering the device."

"This one is beat up because they were fragile units, much like the EDP Wasp. There are two cracks on the sides of the plastic housing but it still feels pretty solid. Some of the sliders are a little crackly (noisy) when moved. There have been various repairs on the unit so it is now in good working shape.

Also, it is missing it's speaker, so you'll need to use the audio output."

Looks like someone etched an anarchy symbol into the touch keys. Also some other characters.

15 #ambient #patches I made since yesterday, when my Arturia #Microfreak has arrived.
Actually, I made 16, but the recording has stopped immediately after the 15th patch. You'll hear all the patches when I'll release them (soon!).

I used some delay from Neunaber Slate.

Arturia MicroFreak it's a MF (as Samuel L Jackson would say!) little box!
If you're familiar with the Mutable Instruments Braids, you'll recognise some textures and the SEM filter is just on my taste.
This is a crazy/weird machine as it said on the box! But, as you may see, it can also behave as a "regular" synth.
