P.S. Created a new TRADEMARKS label for these moving forward. You can find some older posts there including trademarks for the OB-X and OB-Xa. It's worth noting some of these trademarks take years to turn into a product, or never turn into anything. Case in point: the MOOG Matador.

Sounds great, very playable and performable. Feels nice and the new features evolve the original 909 sound and sequencer.

Now please don't go asking how it compares to the original, unless you are doing a high-school science project that you need answers in order to impress your classmates.😁 I'll have a 1:1 comparison of sorts for the Techno elitists very soon with my TR-909. FYI: Every TR-909 sounds different because each one is processed differently on different recordings by different producers!"

0-coast ambient: clouded_array (feat. Strega)

"Optimally experienced during a night-time walk, preferably along an industrial stretch of river or near docks. other locations will yield different, but equally valid results.

First recording with Makenoise's trinity of desktop machines. The Strega joining the 0-Coast and 0-CTRL, adding dimension, grit and presence to the 0-Coast's sound.
The piece is basically a single pass recording with the 0-Coast being heavily processed by Strega. Some additional layers of effects are added via Strymon's NightSky and light processing in Ableton.

A second layer of noises was added using the same sequence from the 0-CTRL just triggering and shaping some of Strega's inherent fizz and rumble.
Amazing how dynamically Strega responds to the 0-Coast input."
