Korg OASYS 88 Workstation

via this auction

"88-Key Workstation with 3 Synth Engines, 16-Track Audio Recording, MIDI Sequencer & Effects

OASYS brings together over 40 years of refined expertise in making the finest and most intuitive and musical instruments in the world.

Korg designed OASYS to provide a full set of audio production tools to the demanding musician, and to reflect the changing nature of today’s music making process. OASYS brings together the world’s most powerful synthesizer, studio quality effects processing, second-generation KARMA technology, advanced MIDI sequencing, 16-track audio HD recording with CD burning, plus a flexible MIDI control surface all into one elegant instrument.

OASYS is not only an entirely new instrument, but a completely new platform to support Korg innovation for years to come. Powered by an ultra fast computer processor, and running newly-developed proprietary software atop Linux underpinnings, OASYS offers all the benefits of a variable software system, backed by the hardware integrity that can only come from a fully-integrated instrument design.

New synthesis methods for creating sound (EXi Expansion Instruments), new effects (EXf Expansion Effects), and additional PCM libraries (EXs Expansion Sample Libraries) can be added, ensuring that OASYS will remain the centerpiece of your musical world well into the future.

For new technology to be beneficial, it must remain accessible. Highlighted by a 10.4” color TouchView display, the front panel features a vast array of assignable control elements – pads, sliders, joysticks, knobs, ribbon, etc… all designed to provide effortless fingertip control. And while OASYS is a world unto itself, it can still play nice with others. The back panel offers a wealth of analog and digital inputs and outputs, including USB 2.0."

The Axolotl

"The axolotl is an analog synth noisebox made for demanding sound-designers and noise musicians. A dove with epilepsy? A woodpecker under acids? 56 kbps modem connected to an owl? Passing through the underground tunnel crammed with frogs? All of this is in the axolotl! And more... based on an innovating synthesis made from logical circuits, the Axolotl gets 6 controls: Low Freq osc 1 High Freq Osc 2 Intermodulating Low Freq / High Freq Modulating AM/FM amplitude Modulating AM/FM freq And a unique global Hysteresis control! The sound character of the synth will change drastically by turning a simple pot!"

CLP on Ableton Live

YouTube via AbletonInc. Note the MPC keytar shirt.
"CLP is Chris de Luca and Phon.o. The sound they make is a funky hybrid of intergalactic hip hop, ghetto beats, sexy booty IDM and dirty techno that takes musical genres, chews them up and turns them into good-natured grooviness.

CLP is currently getting kudos on both sides of the Atlantic for their LP 'Supercontinental', released at the end of 2008 on Shitkatapult records.

In this movie, they open up their Live Sets and talk about making music with Live, effect chains, performance and triggering video with Live. The guys also share their thoughts on Live 8, which they've been Beta testing."

Yamaha CS01 S8VG sequencer

YouTube via nathanielscott
"Just a little vidie I made with my CS01 and my home made sequencer. The sequencer is not outputting any voltage but is acting in a passive resistance mode. The resistance for each step is determined by a 10k pot on the main panel of the sequencer. The sequencer is plugged directly into the breathe control of the CS01. The connection is made by an 1/8th inch TRS plug where the sleeve just goes to ground, the ring supplies the 5 volts from the CS01 and the tip returns the attenuated voltage back to the CS01."

Quintron DrumBuddy Is A Spinning Bright Colorful Mess Of Fun

YouTube via gearwire
"Quintron hails from New Orleans, and his true Bayou ingenuity shows clearly in his DIY beat machine, the Drumbuddy. So impressive it even made its way onto Kanye West's blog, the DrumBuddy is one part of an extravaganza of a show that has been known to include puppets, sparklers and synchronized dancing. With all that going on, you can't blame the guy for wanting a little color-coded help. See more on Gearwire.com."

"(Recorded 1984) In 1984 I borrowed a 'Roland Juno 106' and immediately wrote this short piece of music - hence the title, 'Roland'. All the sounds are produced by this instrument and recorded on a Tascam multitrack 'tape' recorder (remember those?) This is my tribute to this lovely little synthesizer. Your comments are very welcome. Subscribe to my channel now for notification of new videos from me. Copyright 1984."

Polivoks Analog Synthesizer "Russian Minimoog"

via this auction
Note this one is in the US and may be the one in this video based on the seller's name.

"This auction is for a Polivoks, a Soviet-era synthesizer often called the "Russian Minimoog". It's actually a bit closer to the Odyssey, as it has 2 oscillators, FM feedback, and a more aggressive sound than the Moog. The dual filter - Low and Band Pass - is fully resonant and extremely cool.

This one has CV/Gate inputs installed, so you can use it with your existing synthesizer equipment. It comes with the original case/cover, and a power converter. It looks great, all knobs and buttons are present, and it sounds fantastic."
