The Rad-Fi patchable Synth kit has with two independent Arduino based synthesizers. Each with:

Pad Sound (Key Hold on the Minilogue):
Korg Minilogue Sequenced with Temps Utile (Ch. B) at 7680BPM (x64) playing a one step sequence. I placed three different chords in three different patch memories right next to each other allowing me to switch between chords while still retaining the key hold.
The Minilogues output is being set to Zvex Lo-Fi Junky, then into the JHS Alpine Reverb.

That said, here are a few interesting bits from 2014 in the longest post of the year. ;)
🌌 The soundset is inspired by sci-fi movies, soundtracks, dystopian stories, urban landscapes, noise ambient albums, experimental modern art and sound design.
🧿 Perfect for genres like Dark, Noise, Ambient, New Age, Cinematic, IDM, Electronica, Dub, Deep, Techno, Industrial, Minimal, Psy, Trance, Garage, Progressive, Dubstep, 2-Step, Experimental, Breaks, D'n'B, etc.
These timbres also work well for movie soundtracks, games, apps, digital art, sound art lives, VR landscapes - anywhere a dark atmosphere is needed. 🔮 Craft an entire ambient or cinematic track with just a few (or just one!) performances. Or, create a couple of albums with the entire soundset.
🎛 Each Performance features 4 Layers that can be mixed using the Vector Envelope joystick. Explore each layer individually or blend them for unique combinations. 🕹 The Vector Envelope joystick is, by default, in the middle position - all layers are mixed equally. You can also disable some layers by double-clicking on layers' (A, B, C, D) buttons.
🟤 ModWheel opens all layers' filters, enhancing the brightness of the sound.
The presets follow a unified (with some exceptions) mapping system for the 8 Mod Knobs/Macros:
"Step into my time machine and relive 80's sci-fi soundtrack nirvana without having to deal with that creepy guy at Blockbuster. Please be kind, rewind. Wait, what year is it?
Hate to do this, but this rad little keyboard hardly gets any use anymore so it's time to liquidate. It's a very cool, but slightly beat up RS-09. It sounds excellent, but could probably use some tuning up by a keyboard technician. Sonically everything works as it should, the only mechanical issues are the sunken keys above middle C (they still function though) and the broken switch on the envelope mode. A few of the switch tops are missing/broken but that doesn't impact sound.
This is the 120V version.

"This is a 1970s Italian-made Crumar Orchestrator / Multiman. It's a truly unique piece with some cool features. It's basically an entire orchestra at your fingertips. It's sort of the Italian answer to the Polymoog.
First off, all the SOUNDS!
The FAT AF ANALOG BRASS. You can control the filter sweep with a normal attack curve or use the foot pedal to control it manually for some super rad retro sci-fi sounds.
The SWEET STRINGS. They're very reminiscent of the Solina string sound. Independent cello, violin sections for both the bass and treble side.
The MEDIOCRE PIANO & CLAVINET sounds. They're...kinda neat.
The SUPER DEEP AND PUNCHY BASS. This is only on the bottom part of the keyboard. It also has an independent output just for the bass and it is dreamy for filling out the low end
In addition to the brass swell pedal, there's also a volume pedal. Both work well!
This synth as 4 outputs : MAIN, PIANO/BASS, STRINGS, & BRASS. You can either use the main output and make it a big mono synth or process each section independently! Very useful if you want to mix the parts with different effects later on.
They keyboard is naturally split between bass & treble so you can set each side to use a different set of sounds (exempli gratia, low brass + bass, high violins & cello).
I recently opened up this synth and gave it a very thorough servicing. All connections are strong, all the circuits got cleaned and the pots are as clean as I can make them. The sliders work well and are generally free of scratchiness.
The issues :
+ Although the sliders all work well, there's a few missing slider caps.
+ The middle C violin sound is quiet so you can't use it in isolation. Not really noticeable in normal use.
+ No MIDI control on this beast. This was from the Before Times.
That's it! Everything else works great. The only thing that would really kick this up to 1000% is the set of exceedingly rare bass pedals.
Apparently Radiohead loves this synth, and I see why. It's got a haunting, dark tone that matches well with their sound. It's also really well suited to live performance / tracking, as you can use the two pedals to make a very expressive performance. It comes in its own road case!"
