Hartmann Neuron

Click here for images via this auction.
Details (apparently pulled from the Hartmann site which is still up, btw):
"Neuron's synthesis engine is powered by the technology found in neural networks (for more on this, see the section "Neural Networks"). It uses models as the basis for sound generation. In conceptual terms, these models are comparable to samples, and they are derived by analyzing audio samples. This means that in principle, any auditory event can provide the raw material for creating and processing sound in Neuron. It ships with some 100 of these models on its internal hard disk. Though this is a huge store of sound design resources, you are free to analyze audio resources (samples) of your own, using our proprietary ModelMaker software, and archive them in the form of user models. These models contain the actual sound as well as the parameter sets that were captured during neural analysis. Parameter sets are subdivided in up to three levels, and they may be manipulated via the resynators' sticks. That makes Neuron the first synthesizer offering dynamic parameter assignment tailored specifically to the sound that you select for processing. "

Sequential Circuits Drumtraks

Details:
"Thirteen drum sounds all with programmable tuning and level control. Extensive editing with copy and paste ability. There's even a mixer section for individual sounds, six individual outputs, one mono mix output, and cassette in/out for offline memory storage. Pretty basic and easy programming, record a couple patterns and link them into a song. The DrumTraks can send Roland sync/clock to control a TB-303, TR-909, TR-808 or TR-606. It is also fully MIDI capable and syncable. This makes it very easy to use with old analogs and new MIDI synths and sequencers."

A MIDIbox SID is born!
YouTube via d0pefish. Title link takes you to more info on C64Music!
"The MIDIbox SID has been designed to get sounds out of the SID which cannot be achieved with other solutions. In difference to programs that are running on the C64 like the Triad MIDIslave, AnyWare M64 or the Prophet64, MIDIbox SID features more software implemented high-resolution modulation sources (LFOs, EGs), independent sound engines for all 3 voices and a low-latency MIDI interface (no note drops...)"

Yamaha PTX8

via this auction

Details:
"This is the awesome Yamaha PTX8
It is basically a FM tone generator [Update via Loscha: "The sound engine isn't FM, it's 12 bit pcm samples, with envelopes and pitch and such, no filters."] that is completely editable and changeable. It has many kits and hundreds of sounds included from the totaly 80's drums sounds to sweet analog sounds. All sounds are completely customisable
The great this about this unit though is the fact that you can use it as a Trigger to MIDI converter. Using triger pads or mic signals you can actually convert live playing on the drums into MIDI information for sequencing or triggering events in Abelton Live etc
It has 8 trigger inputs and 8 audio outputs.
If you are looking for a flexible drum trigger brain that has a hure load of sounds included with it this is for you
It comes included with 2 cartrages. One with extra wave forms and another with extra storage for sounds and banks."

Update: more info including samples on Sealed's Synth Site.

Ad Infinitum - UM406

Details:
"The UM406, "Utilis Multis IV-VI", is six four-way multiples with 3.5mm jacks in a standard dual-width Frac-Rak module.
Very Handy!
In an analog modular synthesizer, multiples are used to route an audio or control-voltage output signal to more than one input destinatation.
The UM406 has three groups of two multiples, each group having a normally closed connection between the two 'mults', such that each group can function as a seven-way multiple when the leftmost jack on the lower row is left unpopulated. When the leftmost jack on the lower row is populated, the group acts as two independent four-way multiples.
This module is not RoHS compliant and does not fit a Blacet rack frame.
Please visit the adinfinitummusic website at alexiles.com for more options and to see more of our products."
Roland JP-8000

# "Analog" synth functions like oscillator sync, ring modulation, cross modulation and -12/-24 dB filtering
# Assignable ribbon controller with powerful pitch bend/modulation lever
# Programmable realtime phrase sequencing (RPS)
