"This auction is for an early oscillator 1974 minimoog model D serial number 99xx. It has a new Claro Walnut wood case and has a brushed aluminum wheel box with custom clear backlit acrylic wheels. It has been recently calibrated. The keyboard has new bushings and its buss bars have been cleaned. The oscillators have been tuned and scaled. The pots and switches have been cleaned where they can. Most of the pots are sealed. That being said, there does not seem to any scratchy or glitchy pots. The filter works and sounds great. Both contour EGs (for the filter and amp) work as well as modulation from the 3rd oscillator to both the oscillator and filter sections. White and Pink noise work, external in works"

"I made a drum loop on the tempest, and then just started adding stuff, didn't really have a plan for how it should sound as you can probably hear.

The moog and mini brute provide bass, the prophet does pads and chord stabs, the tempest provides drums. Im playing the les paul through an MXR overdrive into a boss DD7, into a Fender blues junior.

"For sale is my Emu SP12 sampling drum machine, Version 2.6 Turbo edition with 5 seconds of sampling time. Considered the younger brother of the SP1200, the SP12 actually has its own place and use in the studio, allowing you to sample to get the classic crunchy hiphop drums, and also loaded with great sounding preset drum kit. It's worth having even if you own the SP1200! The SP12 is also half the price of going SP1200s, so a great way to get the same sound and save some money. This SP12 is fully functional and in great shape. All pads trigger perfectly, all outputs are working as they should, and knobs are scratch free. It includes the original manual (though a bit worn) and power cable. New battery installed. The only things worth mentioning is it's missing the rubber feet (a cheap easy part to replace) and the screen backlight is dim, as expected for a 30+ year old item..."

Not a whole lot to see here as the majority of the gear used is off camera, but the whole thing is sequenced with the old school (circa 1998) Arp-X8 midi arpeggiator from Techno Toys and mixed in realtime. I used the Gliderverb app on my iPad4 for FX and a nanoKey2 for transposing the sequences.

Roland TR-8 vs Strymon Timeline - jam session (STR-ymon8)

Haha.. well, not much to see here except a weird jam session i did after coming home from a 3 week business trip. All my gear was packed down in bags and cases after the latest gig... so i started unpacking slowly and i got this idea in my head .. hey, why not try to do a musical track using nothing else than the TR-8 and the strymon timeline.. now what would be a challenge? :)

So, please friends.. take it for what it is, eg a highly experimental jam session using nothing but the TR-8 / 808 kit plus the strymon timeline delay (filter algorithm with GRIT set on max for the melody-overtones etc) .. at 100.1 bpm for a little lag and groove .. the delay was set to 600ms
