"The Syncussion comes with the trigger drums which both work, 1/4 inch leads not included. However, it comes into its own when triggered by something like a tr606 or 808. We have used various devices and signals as triggers and they do affect the volume and timbre in interesting ways.
It is a crazy synth. One of the best and most fun to play with. It really flies when you start adding a pedal or controller to the 'tune' input."

"Productdemo of the Stereoping Synth Controller in 'M-80' edition for Roland MKS-80. This midicontroller contains all parameters of the MPG-80. It even goes beyond offering CC-message automation for the MKS-80 with it's built-in CC-SysEx-translator. In effect, it's a tiny, cheap alternative for the rare and expensive MPG-80.
From what i've heard the MPG-80 does not work that perfect and smooth when programming the MKS-80. As i don't own a MPG-80 i cannot test or show it. What i can show here is the M-80 working as smooth as a hot knive sliding into butter when firing the MKS-80 with edit commands. Simply plug the 'M-80' in between the Midi connection between your DAW and the MKS-80 and your ready to go. It forwards incoming notes from the DAW and merges them with the edit commands.
The video contains 3 parts:
a) short 3D-animation explaining connections, function and color layers
b) simple demo shaping a unison sound into a delayed-highspeed-LFO-VCO MOD-mess
c) a complete 4 minute song with permanent editing on UPPER and LOWER tone with the MKS-80 in DUAL mode listening on 2 midichannels. When you listen carefully you might notice some slight timing issues of the MKS-80. Well, it has to handle many notes on 2 channels plus the parameter change commands.
The MKS-80 in the video is REV5 with the Roland IR-3R03 VCOs. Other gear used: Roland Juno 6, Pearl Syncussion clone, Pearl SC-40, Volca Sample, Boss SE-50, Monarch EEM 3000."
"Up for sale is a (1) rare Pearl Syncussion SY-1 percussion synthesizer including two original Pearl drum heads, the stand for the drumheads, instruction manual, brochure, cable to connect the main unit with the drumheads and the 12V power supply adaptor with European plug installed. The Syncussion is working fine and sounds incredible good! The drum heads are also working fine. Cosmetically they are in used condition."
Note this does not have any sequencing capabilities. It is a drum synth aka drum brain.
"This is a fully working very rare Pearl FM-8 Fightman Analog Drum Machine/Synthesizer. I believe it was made before the Syncussion. The closest machine that resembles it in my opinion is a Roland TR-606, except the Fightman has some very real sounding Toms. The Hi Hat, Crash, are very Metallic and the Ride is almost like a Synth Tone, it's beautiful!
This Drum Synth is very hard to come by, trust me.
This unit does not have Midi.
I will include 2 homemade adapters that have 3.5mm inputs so this can be triggered with a trigger sequencer like a Beststep pro, or Modular Synth."
“A superb example of our favourite drum synth: for sale serviced and in perfect working order. Comes with the original carry case, drums for triggering it still in their original box, power supply and some of the original paperwork. The condition is excellent / near mint: there's barely a mark on it with only one ding to the casing visible from the front – please see the detailed photos in the listing to assess it for yourself: it doesn't look to have ever been near a drummer. The plastic case is in fair condition with various tears along the edges but still functional. The drums have seen some use but both skins are intact. Serviced by James Walker at Synth Repair Services, and also modified for separated outputs on a TRS jack.”

"If you like making techno or dark synth stuff this is the module for you. It makes beautiful clangy analog sounds and never gets old. Its a very music box and can even sound like a normal analog synth on its clean square wave setting. It comes with one drum pad but I usually just trigger it from the trigger outs of a drum machine, it can trigger with audio outs as well. This thing sounds absolutely insane, Ive always dreamed of having 4 of these chained up but Im not aphex twin so I must sell this little guy. I have another one that Ive modded for separate cv control over both channels but its not as clean as this one is on the inside. None of the sliders are scratchy and all is working 100% as it should..."
