"In this Tocante Phashi Love video, I play a mournful Phashi above a creek while sitting on a rotting tree."

Analogue Systems to Exclusively Offer Pre-Built Modular Systems

You might recall, Bob Williams of Analogue Systems decided to retire while continuing to offer his products through Andreas Schneider's Alex4 distribution. It looks like modules will only be available via complete systems.

via Andreas Schneider's STROMKULT: "According to Mr. Bob Williams originally idea, his brand and product line – the integrator modular system a.k.a. analogue systems – will be sold in ready to go casings and wooden cabints again. They will come – just completely mounted up the way you want them – with a full five years warranty from now on.

After having had too much trouble from circuitries damaged with wrong or misused connector cabels, with (others) power supplies that did not serve enough ampere for some of the high class functionalities, or selfmade casings, where the modules has been returned once they did not fit, taking this excellent products out of the mixed systems is indeed a bad decision for the idea of the common eurorack, but a good one for the position of analogue systems.

aorsThe integrator system can be configurated on a comfortable modular planner and should be coming from the production to your retail store within a month now. For any kind of questions please get back to your modular stores over europe."

Yamaha CS60 - now fixed (except for Ribbon...)

Published on May 26, 2015 noddyspuncture

"Here is the CS60 that my mate Robby gave me.. yes that's right, he said if I paid for the shipping I could have it. It wasn't working right. It was also a no-brainer, and it arrived last week. I've just changed a few blown IC's on the SUB board and it's playing fine. It has one broken front panel slider - which still works, you just can't get the knob on it, and the Ribbon will need a new spring and then refitting. Sorted, cheers Robby... ;)"

Ambient Exploration 006 - Clouds Frames Streichfett wavetable

Published on May 26, 2015 Fading Canvas

"A tone sweep from the Waldorf Streichfett has been fed into the Mutable Instruments audio buffer, which can act as a kind of wavetable. Mutable Instruments Frames module is used for defining some sweetspots in it. Maths used as LFO to sweep through the frames back and forth one time. Yarns is only providing a tone."

Moroder's CHASE Arturia MicroBrute and ARP Odyssey

Published on May 26, 2015 farmyfarm

"Another very quick demo:) This time it's Giorgio Moroder's "Chase" theme from MIDNIGHT RUN. Ever since I was a teen this song always stuck out in my head. I always loved the middle part which is why I'm only performing that particular piece. That little Arturia MicroBrute, when coaxed with the right patience and effects, can actually do a pretty satisfactory job step sequencing with it's bass sounds. I still can't get over how clean the ARP is in just about every sound I squeeze out of it! Thanks for watching as always!! All songs are property of FARMYFARM/LLC/LIMITED(c)"

Serge Animate and TKB Jam 2015

Published on May 26, 2015 djangosfire

"Jamming with TKB cycling stages!

NTO is the main sound source - it is passing through the LPF of the Variable Bandwidth VCF...... AND split (pre VCF) into the WAD.

I manually faded between the VCF out and/or the WAD.

Output into a Strymon Blue Sky reverb.

Cheers! - Djangosfire"

Electronic Exploration 007 - Modular vs Perfourmer

Published on May 25, 2015 Fading Canvas

"Testing out the euclidean pattern sequencer of the Mutable instruments Yarns module. Notes are sent to the Vermona Perfourmer, which is doing some kind of weird drum sounds. Clouds module doing some kind of weird sounds."
