"1st half of vid has 2x CEM3340 VCOs fed to a Timbre! and a FK1T VCF. In the 2nd half the VCOs are sync'd and just the raw outputs are fed to the mixer. The controlling patch from a dual LFO and 4SEQ is the same throughout."

"I wanted to find out what the original NES Metroid soundtrack would be like if it was remade with REAL synths, 70s/80s style. Here's the Item Room music.

All sounds were generated with a Korg MS20 Mini, then processed with some juicy studio effects to make things more atmospheric.

Original composition by Hirokazu "Hip" Tanaka - any credit goes to him for writing such an immersive soundtrack in the first place. Happy 30 years of Metroid!!"

"One of the hardest parts I've learned by Happy The Man. The Korg MS10 doing a great job of impersonating Watkins' Minimoog. I have it running through a TC Electronic Alter Ego Vintage Echo pedal on the Echoplex setting to mimic the Maestro Echoplex that Watkins used.
