"Korg's Synthe-Bass (model SB-100) is a small 2-octave monophonic bass synth that had a very fat sound. It has one oscillator, an AD Envelope and a low-pass filter. No LFO, no arpeggiators or sequencers and certainly no memory. Small and portable, it came in a brief-case design. Unlike many portable synths of the time, it featured full size keys."

"Here's some raw sound and general exploration of the new prototype (just arrived during the event) Model D from Behringer. Plenty of low end, filter sweeps, various resonance, oscillator detune, noise and snappy envelopes. It was of course packed around the synth and there was a queue to even touch the thing with the team keeping things fair with people waiting etc. Hence ... a quick exploratory demo and not something more in depth. So take it for what it is and listen to the sound."
