"In this video, electronic and acoustic fusion. I explore the sonic possibilities of my eurorack modular synthesizer, using Erica Synths' Graphic VCO modules and the Ikarie analog filter module from Bastl Instruments. To create melodic patterns, I employed the essential Behringer 182 sequencer module from their 100 series. Along with my Martin acoustic guitar, we set music to Emily Dickinson's 'A cloud withdrew from the sky', with the vocals performed by Natalie using the Synthesizer V software. I hope you enjoy this unique blend of analog and digital sounds, and let me know what you think in the comments!"

The Graphic VCO from Erica Synths is a wavetable module with a lot of functions, I looked through a bit with drawing and a look at some effects.🔥

Mainly I wanted to show you a wide range that you can draw your own wavetables yourself, you can save them later also use them and combine them with others also yours or others provided in Graphic VCO.

A little o the same module .... Erica Synths Graphic VCO allows you to draw your own waveforms, arrange them in wavetables and wavetable banks, morph between two selected waves and alter the resulting wave in advanced ways (FXes) - apply FM, phase distortion , ring modulation, wavefold / wavewrap, bitcrush.

I really like Morphing between two selected waves, Wavetable matrix design and other great features, but that's what I'll show in the second part.

Ok, after two weeks break from the modular first patch I made in this video.

I had the entire case with Erica Synths modules in my hand including the 2x84 Hp case and I used several of them like Pico Drums for drums with Pico Noise and Pico Trigg Pico RND,Pico vca, as well as VCO graphic VCO with my favorite LFO Black Octasource, Pico SEq and Fusion modulator Black Dual VCF for oscillators and Fusion MIxer to add some tubes sounds.

sometimes in brekadown big WET signals via Black Hole DSP for the sequence from Graphic VCO which creates this similar sound pad, it blurs the background so I decided to use it as a texture in breakdown.

Today there is a small demo fev Patches of the Grapfic VCO (Wavetable oscillator ) with Black Octasource (LFO) and Pico Noise, Pico DSP (effects) and Pico mixer from Erica Synths .

The main power supply from the powerbank is provided by the Polyend Anywhere module, thanks to which you can have your system wherever you want.

It's so fun in a few patches to show that even a few modules are enough to get great weird things in a small modular system."

"Today I have film with the use of Graphic VCO from Erica Synths a great wavetable oscillator and Black Octasource - a very nice LFO released in this film by S&H and using a built-in quantizer from Graphic VCO .
Graphic VCO offers 32 waves that mix between A / B plus drawing your own waves from scratch, morphing and adding ringmod, wavefolder,phase
distortion, wavewrap or FM effects and more. About 2 minutes I started to change a few waves that will be nice in such subtle music, creating in my opinion a great atmosphere. For this I added, of course, one of my favorite stage reverb from Black Hole DSP for the given space."

Synthesis wavetable / Matrix / FX function in Graphic VCO-Erica Synths - this is really awesome

"Hi Guys.
I've been here for a few days with Graphic VCO from Erica Synths and I made a small movie showing the Matrix functions. you can specify the range of morphing waves in it and change them with the X and Y knobs to give an excellent spectrum of motion for our wavetables.
(change the range by increasing this square in each page).
In the second part of the short film I added some effect from the FX section, which is built in here.
in fact, the Graphic VCO has many functions like wavetables A / B, which means you mix yourself between the two selected waves. the option of drawing your own waves from scratch even from a blank form. or drawing already created waves. You can interfere very strongly with the sound. when you draw two of your waves, you can use A / B wavetables and further shape them with FX additions like here RM-ringmod or Phase distortion but also others like bitcrusch or wavefolder or wavewrap and more. also the built-in quantizer gives us surfing on a musical scale, so a single oscillator creates a versatile tool with many sound colors.
synthesize wavetable can now be great with this module and the most important of all its is simple and intuitive to use even without instructions."

"**TIMING INDEX / SECTIONS BELOW** Here we have the wonderful Black Hole DSP2 from Erica Synths. It's a huge mega uber FX module for the Eurorack format with a tonne of delays, granular FX, reverbs, drone machines, pitch shifters, buffer effects and more! We can go from beautiful warm and lush FX, through more noisy and abstract FX alongside some unique patches/algorithms. We have a CV-able dry/wet blend, crush (with CV) to lower the internal clock rate and slow/pitch down the effects into noise and downsampling effects, there's 3 parameters per effect all with CV inputs and it's true stereo in and out (but mono to stereo is nice to create a stereo image). Throughout the video I show off each effect with a synth sequence (mainly the Erica Synths Graphic VCO [link below]) but there's at least one other sound per effect too with drums or samples (piano, thumb piano, synth stuff, textural beds etc). So grab a drink and sit through it or skip around below as you see fit. Cheers!

Erica Synths Graphic VCO is a digital wavetable oscillator with tons of waveforms built in that can be morphed, warped, crushed, driven, FMed, Phase Distorted and more. It's a eurorack module that packs in a nice interface for controlling wavetables, on board waveform drawing and design, tuneable and shapeable sub generator and output, loads of onboard FX including FM, Ring Modulation, Phase Distortion, Bitcrush / Downsample, Distortion, Wave Folding and Wave Wrapping. 36:52 Sub Generator - looking at output 2 with variable tuning from 0 to -24 semitones, using the 'cent' detune for unison / dual oscillator detune like sounds, mixing in the main output, syncing the sub oscillator and changing from copying the main output waveform through to static waves. We also look at a few basic intervals to create chord tones when mixing the outputs.

41:04 Sub Generator BONUS - patching the sub output and main output to sound like two totally independent musical lines. This is one of my favourite ways to use and patch up sequences and riffs on a modular system.
