"This is a weird video, I've live-sampled a Rhodes piano loop into the GR-1 (The quality is terrible when it's live-sampled, probably my biggest problem with the GR-1...), later in the video (skip if you get bored) I've added the Moog, improvised shortly on the Rhodes, and also on the Osmose. It starts boring but gets nicer."

"At Superbooth 2023, we spoke to Peter from Tasty Chips who showed us their flagship model, the GR Mega, a granular synthesizer designed for complex sound design based on samples. The GR Mega boasts many modulation options, a large mod matrix, four LFOs, 18 mod destinations, four envelopes (one freely assignable), and a step sequencer. The instrument also includes dual filters, low-pass and high-pass, seven effects (of which four can be used in parallel), and 128 presets. Peter explained that the grains in the synthesizer are generated from the samples and can be randomized in position and mixed together to create the final output.

The GR Mega is expected to be released at the end of the year.

"Short Demo with the Expressive E Osmose synthesizer in Midi mode. Not with MPE but with the multi channel setup. No sound from the Osmose, only from the external synth.
I tried different synths (GS Music e7, Tasty Chips GR-1, EMU Virtuoso 2000) together with the Osmose but only with the Elektron Digitone and Waldorf Microwave i got in a short time good results.
Direct recording without mastering.

I came up with an own 'multi patch' on Novation Summit; one part is a nice atmospheric arpeggio sound and second one is a deep pad performed by me in real time.

Exceedingly rare, with said rarity elevated further by the pristine condition and completeness of this example, the GS-500 was the world’s first guitar-controlled synthesizer.
