No more being stuck with useless sounds that you don’t like! It has a separate synth section that is completely compatible with the entire Nord sample library, so you get synths, string machines, acoustic instruments, Mellotrons, and just about anything else you could want—even your own samples! There’s a real VA synth engine in there, too, with lots of real-time controls. And it has probably the best clonewheel organ ever made, which does Farfisa and Vox organs in addition to B3s.
Ergonomically, it’s got a velocity- and pressure-sensitive keyboard that feels great, a pitch-bender and a mod wheel, an internal power supply, an audio input, effects, jacks bolted to the chassis, and sturdy knobs that don’t wobble. It’s built like a tank, all metal and wood, yet it’s still compact and lightweight. Except for lacking a multitrack sequencer, it’s like a workstation that’s actually easy and fun to use. It’s an assembly of my favorite Nord sounds in it, but you can easily customize that with whatever sounds you want."
