"How far can you be?" on LinnStrument
Published on Jan 16, 2015 Geert Bevin
"I was playing around with the LinnStrument and iPad synths to get ready for NAMM, and kept thinking of my dog Droopy who is alone in the hospital right now. Here's a little musical painting of those moments.
Played on the LinnStrument, more information about it here: http://www.rogerlinndesign.com/linnst...
Sound is generated by Audiobus on iPad Air, running SampleWiz going through Amazing Noises Reverb and Crystalline, recorded in AudioShare."

Moog Minitaur & Arturia Beatstep
Published on Jan 16, 2015 DreamsOfWires
"All sounds are from the Moog Minitaur, the repeating sequence is a single track of the Minitaur through an analog delay, and it's sounds are altered manually in real time. The bass, drones and fx were overdubbed. An Eventide Space pedal and an old version of Lexicon's Pantheon plugin were used for the reverb."
Note the higher pitch sequenced on the Minitaur.

If you're looking at this you should know what it does - it's mainly for syncing midi drum machines/sequencers to your vintage dinsync drum machines and sequencers (korg, roland etc) You can switch between 24 ppQn (roland etc.) and 48ppQn (Korg etc.). I used this with a set up that included a TR505, TR808, MC202 with a couple of Korg DDMs and it worked perfectly..."

"This is the all-collectible Baldwin Discoverer Synthesizer 1978. It can produce Harpsichord, Marimba and Vibes sounds in addition to a series of sliders that allow the user to produce a Solo sound by adjusting Flute 8, Flute 4, Oboe, Violin, and Vibrato sliders. Awesome beats that sound huge when amplified and has built-in recording capability for polyphonic stuff. The back of this item houses ports for headphones, amplifiers, and microphone. This keyboard is in good condition with some surface scratching consistent with age and general use. Full functioning- one missing key but still works. just selling bc not using it very much lately. Needs AC/DC plug to power. Both internal speaker and output for amp."
