XAOC Devices Butami Demo

Published on Nov 22, 2016 Perfect Circuit Audio

"The XAOC Devices Batumi is an excellent hub for modulation. In this patch, Batumi controls Industrial Music Electronics Hertz Donut MkII's FM depth and discontinuity amount and WMD Aperture's cutoff frequency and bandwidth in order while clocking the Verbos Electronics Sequence Selector to create a glitchy evolving sequence. By switching synchronization modes between the LFOs in the Batumi, several different sonic characteristics emerge as a result of the cascading modulation."

AxoStomp - Custom Hardware Case for the Axoloti by Frank Piesik

This one in via @carolinezoids (Caroline Swords)

"AxoStomp by @fpiesi: a practical case for @axoloti_be w/ arcade buttons & faders off a Korg nanoKONTROL [link] … @matrixsynth"

via the project site:

"A little while ago I told you about the Axoloti and how much I like it. But because it’s just a bare pcb without casing, I didn’t get to use it in practical context very much. Now I had a little time to design a 3d-printable enclosure. I call it AxoStomp and it features:
– 8 faders (from a Korg Nano Control)
– 4 Arcade-Buttons with leds.
– robust, parametric design, made with OpenScad (excluding the front plate for the connectors which is derived from Jens Groh’s design). The code lacks comments and needs refactoring, but it may be useful to somebody…

The Files are hosted on my Github page"

Condition and Restoration Details

Saying that the condition is awesome, actually, is saying nothing. Let me get you introduced to the whole restoration process, what has been done in order to make it so amazing. Every system component was restored, returned back to a factory specs or replaced. Having just about 200s Series III ever produced that’s a bit tricky.

Music keyboard belonged to Stewart Copeland (famous The Police drummer). That’s very rare weighted version which Fairlight put on a special order.
