Holiday Jam with ParipiDestroyer, KORG volca modular, beats, kick & Kaoss Pad KP3+

"Holiday Jam with ParipiDestroyer, KORG volca modular, beats, kick & Kaoss Pad KP3+

Hi friends! I played a brand new micro synth "ParipiDestroyer" produced by DigiLogTokyo's sub-brand "Crazy Synth Kids". This cute and very tiny synthesizer provides intense bass sounds despite its cute looks. Paripi is the meaning of "Party People" This is so dope!
How you play is up to you. It is a size that you can carry anytime and anywhere in a real sense.
In this video, I also used KORG volca modular, kick, beats and Kaoss Pad KP3+."

"After sampling some news stories about vaccines in the UK I decided to have a jam with my Pulsar23, MD SPS-1, 0-Coast, OP-1, Particle and CDR-70 fx....

Hoping for some positive changes in 2021.

Stay safe everyone."

BLEASS SATURATOR - Versatile Motion Waveshaper App for iOS

Perplex On

"I feel very honoured to have had the opportunity to create the official promo video for BLEASS' latest iOS plugin called Granulizer. The task was not only to create the soundtrack (of course with heavy use of the plugin) but also to establish a visual environment that kinda builds on the lofi 3D style of the UI's grain display. The video was realized by actually projecting the visuals onto the table with the ipad in the center. Music was created on the iPad with BLEASS Alpha, Zeeon, various BLEASS fx and StepPolyArpUnit and ChordPolyPad as sequencer in one take hosted in AUM. Visuals were made with NOTCH and projected with a Ricoh PJ WXC1110 projector."

NANOSTUDIO 2 & A Pre-Release Look At BLEASS Granulizer - Live Demo for the iPad
The Sound Test Room

"BLEASS Granulizer is a granular texture effect plugin with randomization, 4 multi-bus audio inputs and a mesmerizing 3D visualizer.

BLEASS Granulizer generates short samples (‘grains’) from different input signals by modulating different parameters which you can visualize thanks to a 3D Visualizer:

– Volume
– Pan (represented by width in the visualizer)
– Size ( = grain’s duration)
– Density ( = frequency of grains generation)
– Offset ( = the amount of time between record and play represented by the depth in the 3D visualizer)
– Backward/Forward Playback Direction
– Shape ( = grain’s envelope, represented by the height dimension in the visualizer)
– Warmth ( = strength of the distortion applied to the grain)
– Tune ( = grains can be pitched up or down according to different modes: “Fine” / Chromatic / Major / Minor / 5th / Major 7th. / Minor 7th / Octave)

The amount of randomization can be set with the “dice” knobs.
Density, grain size and offset range can be freely synced or beat synced to the host’s tempo.
Touching and holding the visualizer modifies pan and density.

BLEASS Granulizer takes up to 4 sources from different busses as inputs (compatible host required). When multiple busses are on, each grain is randomly extracted from one of the available sources."

"The sound pack 'Elysion' is a Set List of 64 new Performances for the Korg Wavestate - as you can see in this Walkthrough video. You get pads and soundscapes for spherical music (Ambient, Chillout, Meditation, etc.). The sounds are often dark, gloomy, poetic and mystical.

#Jamuary2021 | Day 02 | Patch - The Card Game

Cinematic Laboratory

"For this jam I used James Cigler's 'Patch - The Card Game' to make some patching decisions, but it's - mostly - a jam and the cards disrupted it :). But that's part of the game! You can find the game on patchtcg.com. It started with 'patch every cable you can' (fortunately I made a selection of cables because I have a lot of them) and making a video also required to make some decisions myself. At one point I had to patch all inputs of the Loquelic Iteritas Percido and it sounded terrible. So I had to cut it and start over. I wanted to 'manipulate' Clouds so I had to film until the dice rolled into a '6' without falling out of my closet. So 99% is real, 1% is creative editing :)."

Haken Continuum / EaganMatrix - Four-Note Arpeggiator & Using ContinuuMini with uCVC/CVC

Haken Continuum / EaganMatrix - Creating a Simple Four-Note Arpeggiator - EaganMatrix Programming

"Experimenting today creating a simple four note Arpeggiator in the EaganMatrix. This preset lets you define four tones that are settable in real time using the i, ii, ii and iv controls. Four notes are always played but you could vary that with extra programming. Y induces some octave shifts and a fifth too that you can press with multiple fingers to play the tones polyphonically at the octave - but the tones themselves are not produced by X (but by the controls). Added Speed control and put a couple continuous pedals on two of the controls to change the pitch sequence with your feet. But the real fun comes when you connect a Keith McMillen Softstep 2 and program chord changes - as the Softstep lets you change all four of the i, ii, ii and iv controls together with the press of a foot or hand. I added some balloons as well to summarize the few steps used to create the preset."

Haken Continuum / EaganMatrix - Using ContinuuMini with uCVC/CVC (Control Voltage interfaces)
EaganMatrix Programming

"Discusses how to connect and use a ContinuuMini (also Half/Full and Slim Continuums) with the Haken Audio Continuum Voltage Converter and especially the Evaton Technologies uCVC for playing Monophonic synths and modules (though playing polyphonically will be similar - just use more CVC channels in parallel with preset Polyphony set greater than 1. Here using a Moog Slim Phatty as the instrument being played by CV - but could be any synth or Eurorack or other module that accepts CV inputs. Also introduces EaganMatrix CVC programming that is essential in using CV with non-standard CV interfaces."
