Read the news story - https://novationmusic.com/articles/in...
"Introducing the new FLkey, the go-to controller for FL Studio. This video gives you a quick glimpse of what our new FLkey can do and how it integrates with FL Studio.
The next generation of FLkey is here, and this new iteration has been upgraded and refined to offer an even more seamless connection to your essential beatmaking workflows.
The new hardware introduces an array of upgrades including better-feeling keys and pads, continuous encoders, and a crisp OLED display that shows essential information about your project. In addition, FLkey now features inspiring built-in creative tools in the form of Scale and Chord Modes and a powerful arpeggiator.
We’ve also deepened FLkey’s connection to many of the most important FL Studio tools, including the Channel Rack, Mixer, and plugins. We’ve also added useful new workflow shortcuts and upgraded the pads’ sequencing capabilities.
From bedroom to studio, there’s an FLkey for every setup with four sizes to choose from:
FLkey Mini 25
FLkey 37

Seventies Synth Songs on the Novation Peak (with free soundbank)
video upload by TheGuacamoleXplosion
"Partial covers of synth-focused tracks from each year of the 1970s on the Novation Peak. No talking.
All synth sounds (including most electronic drum sounds) in this video are pure Novation Peak: Presets created from scratch, recorded directly through RME audio interfaces into Cubase, with no track effects added to any of the Peak tracks, not even EQ or panning (only exceptions: on Autobahn, the cluster Vocoder is two tracks hard-panned in the DAW; and the bass on the final part has a bit of treble shelved off with the Cubase stock EQ).
The soundbank for the Novation Peak (should also be compatible with the Novation Summit) as well as the individual sounds and the 1 User Wavetable I used in the “AnimAutobahn” faux vocoder patches can be downloaded here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folder...
00:00 - Intro: Autobahn, Part C
02:57 - 1970: Emerson, Lake & Palmer — Lucky Man
04:22 - 1971: The Who — Won’t Get Fooled Again
05:17 - 1972: Hot Butter — Popcorn
06:52 - 1973: Pink Floyd — Any Colour You Like
08:13 - 1973: Pink Floyd — On The Run
09:58 - 1974: Kraftwerk — Autobahn (Parts A & B)
13:47 - 1975: Pink Floyd — Welcome To The Machine
17:46 - 1976: Jean Michel Jarre — Oxygène (Part IV)
19:34 - 1977: Weather Report — Birdland
20:15 - 1978: Parliament — Flash Light

Synth post-rock and ambient | Three songs with delay and reverb
video upload by Jay Hosking
"Please support my work on Patreon: / jayhosking
Three different songs focusing on the inspiration of delay and reverb.
MAS Distribution sent over the GFI Solis Ventus, a delay and reverb pedal, for me to try for free. Take that for what you will.
I've already used the Solis Ventus in other video here, so there was no particular need to create a video focused on it. However, I usually explore new gear by just placing it on the table and seeing what comes out. I thought maybe nothing would come of it, or maybe I'd make a single song. In the end, I kept writing more and more with it, all in different styles and genres. The reverbs in the Solis Ventus are fine, but there's some real weirdness and magic in the delays, and they kept delighting and surprising me. In the end, I decided to share three songs with you from these explorations, although there's some more on my Patreon.
00:00 - Post-rock with synths instead of guitar
03:52 - Pure ambient with Pluto
06:17 - Rock starting with L1
Ultimately, what I hope comes through is that effects aren't something simply to colour or smooth over a sound; effects can be the very thing that inspires the songwriting process. That's what happened in all of these instances, and more.
Gear used:
Arturia Astrolab 37 (keys)
GFI Solis Ventus (delay and reverb)
Squier Bass VI (bass-guitar hybrid)
Line 6 Pod Express Bass (for bass amp sim)
Moog Subsequent 37 (mono synth melody)
Novation AFX Station (mono synth lead)
Modern Sounds Pluto (mini euro synth sandbox)
Donner L1 (mono synth random arp)
Godin Session Custom '59 (guitar)
Strymon Iridium (for guitar amp sim)
Union Tone & Transistor Lab (compressor for guitar)
Electro-Voice RE-20 (vocal mic)
Probably more I'm forgetting
Multi-tracked, mixed in the box (except the Pluto song, which was live to stereo out, with EQ, compression, and limiting on the master).

Novation Peak Trance & Techno | Real Songs, No Talking
video upload by STEHRÆON
"My favorite Novation Peak sounds in real song clips from my tracks.
After six months with the Peak, it has become one of the core synths in my setup — for arps, pads, leads, basses and atmospheric layers.
The clips move through melodic techno, trance, synthpop and darkwave, with most parts built around strong melodic lines — an area where the Peak works extremely well.
No talking, just sound.
Not sponsored.
Recorded dawless. No extra FX. No edits."

Native Instruments Introduces Komplete 26
video upload by Native Instruments
"Get everything you need to take your music from first idea to finished master, including instruments, effects, and sounds trusted by the pros. Komplete 26 gives you synths, sampled instruments, drums, sound design tools, and studio effects – all in one complete music production bundle.
Whether you're composing, producing, or designing sound, Komplete gives you the tools to follow your ideas wherever they lead."
Press release follows:

Berlin, May 05, 2026 – Native Instruments today released Komplete 26 — everything a music producer needs to take a first idea to a finished, release-ready track. With over 190 premium instruments, professional mixing tools from iZotope and Brainworx, and more than 180,000 sounds, it's the most definitive music production collection NI has ever made.
Trusted by the producers behind the records you know Komplete is used by millions of producers, composers, and musicians every month — from bedroom studios to Grammy-winning sessions. It's the instrument collection behind some of the most iconic tracks you know, and the ones you're about to make.
"I use Komplete in every single session. It lets me stay focused on the music instead of the tools, and whether I'm writing or tweaking, it's a fast way for me to transform my idea to something that feels finished." — Butch Vig (Nirvana, Smashing Pumpkins, Sonic Youth)
“Komplete has been part of my production journey since day one. I know I can open it and get exactly what I need, every time.” — Nick Hook (Run The Jewels, Hudson Mohawke)
"Komplete is a must-have for me in my studio. As someone who is always blending genres and pushing the edges of sound design, the versatility of Komplete allows me to have an entire sonic world at my fingertips at all times." — Malibu Babie (Megan Thee Stallion, Shania Twain, Sia)
New additions: sounds for every style and stage Newly added is the legendary semi-modular synth, Absynth 6, known for its evolving, otherworldly tones. Also included are Noire and Claire – sampled from rare grand pianos – and the ethereal vocal soundscapes of Moments: Vocal Clouds.

Synth Stuff Ep. 91 - Novation Ultranova
video upload by tritonrecordings
"The Novation Ultranova is one underrated synth. On one hand, they're kind of "old news," but they are cheap, and full of great sounds. The overall sound of the Ultranova reminds me of something like the Korg Radias, but these fetch much lower prices than the Radias does. Editing sounds is fairly intuitive despite the interface. Definitely worth checking out if you come across one. I use one in my live rig, since it's something easy to replace if needed, it weighs nothing, and there are plenty of them out there."

Novation Peak Review: Still the Benchmark in 2026
video upload by Sineway
"Novation Peak review after nearly a year of real use - in tracks, in live performances, alongside the Digitakt II and Launch Control XL 3.
Novation sent me the Peak a year ago and I told them upfront that I might not review it, because I prefer to make music, not gear reviews. But after all these tracks, I think there are three things about this synth more people should know about, so I want to share my take on it.
