"The Analogue Solutions Oberkorn Mk3 is sending CV to the panning input of the Sputnik 6-channel Stereo Mixer to pan the Arp Odyssey around the stereo field. The Oberkorn is triggering ADSR to modulate the Arp Odyssey run through an additional LPF (ripples).
telePort lets you integrate hardware and software instruments, as one advanced combined, programmable and morphable instrument.
It brings a modular approach to (augmented) sequencing and mixing, while at the same time making it easy to switch between completely different songs/tracks, or change the modules independently as the music is playing.
The goal is to create a very flexible music system, where you can have a whole set, not just a song, at your fingertips and improvise or play structured parts based on rules you define freely.
All of this is basically possible in the prototype (version 0.9.2), but the ultimate goal is to bring telePort and MIDIum together using the same framework.
To create a unified audio-visual environment with an easy-to-use interface, yet still allow power-users close to infinite depth through advanced scripting.

Using the VBAP (Vector-Based Amplitude Panning) principle it allows to position a mono signal over a quadraphonic speaker array for sound spatialization. The VBAP algorithm can be controlled by Cartesian or Polar methods.
Sound path is fully analogue featuring 4 high quality VCA's.
Featuring both 1/4 inch and 3.5mm jacks for adapter free connections.
Four 16 bit CV outputs mirror the signal sent to the VCA's control, when connected to 4 external VCA's these can be used for Polar Mixing of 4 diferent sound sources.
The 2 Filter CV outputs react according to the distance from the center point. The + output increases as the sound gets further away from the center of the room allowing to sync a Low Pass Filter to the input sound so that as it moves away from the center the High Frequencies get attenuated further increasing the spatialization experience. Another good practice would be to sync a reverb dry/wet signal as well so that the sounds gets more difused as it moves away from the center into the horizon.
Both the filter and the reverb should be plugged between the sound source and the 803, in order for the incoming sound to be processed before being routed to the 4 outputs.
The X and Y CV outputs mirror the cartesian sound position between 0 and +5v."
The original MiniBrute comes with an Arpeggiator section on the bottom right, while the SE comes with a Sequencer. The creator of the MiniBrute Yves Usson has a "Hack a Brute" section on his website with a number of Mods for the Minibrute. Some are more complicated than others. The Hack to switch the OS on the MiniBrute to the SE however only requires a simple OS update via sysex and a new graphic for the Sequencer section. You can easily swap the OS back as well.
"This Jupiter 8 analog synth is in perfect working condition and very good physical condition. Silkscreen graphics and text are in near perfect condition with no scratches that I can see. LED display in perfect condition. All keys, buttons, sliders, lights and knobs, etc function properly. Tunes properly every time the "tune" button is pressed. Includes professionally installed Encore MIDI kit which adds MIDI, doubles the number of memory patches from 64 to 128 and adds sysex dump so patches can now be saved to your computer instead of cassette (not bad for a synth made in the early 1980's)"
"This is possibly the greatest synthesizer ever made (no hyperbole)! You can create the most huge and complex sounds on this synth imaginable, and the level of control with all the knobs is more than you could ever make use of. It's a shame that Nord stopped making this series in favor of their organ and electric piano PCM players... and the fact that this synthesizer has not gone down in value one penny since it's release over a decade ago says it all! You will not find a better specimen of this legendary synth. It is expanded so no matter how DSP hungry the patch you create or download to play is, you will always have access to AT LEAST 8 voices, and for the less DSP starving patches, you are likely to have 16-24 voices! The sound is incredible (listen to Autechre's Oversteps album and Move of Ten EP, which were made entirely with this synth alone!)!. It has served me well, and taught me more than I ever thought I might learn about synthesis. And if you feel intimidated, you needn't. It is great for beginners also, with the vibrant online communities that support this synth, you could download other peoples patches, and never run out of beautiful and wild sounds to use without ever touching the editor yourself! However, I do think this synthesizer will give the most to those who put the most into it, and there is not better synth ever made for teaching you everything you want to know about synthesis, and there are also great online guides specifically for this synth you can follow that will allow you to grow as an electronic musician."
