3 years ago T-Pain commented on a video of mine on Reddit and said he wanted to work together. We spent some time in the studio and went back and forth on a few different ideas, but nothing really happened until I sent him this Super Metroid live cover / remix of mine which he loved and immediately agreed to add vocals to.
This is the "Lower Brinstar" theme from the iconic 1994 Nintendo SNES game. I tracked my part live, playing all the sounds simultaneously. T-Pain then wrote lyrics and added some awesome vocals and harmonies in his signature autotune style.

I decided to release this track together with my other video game covers as well as originals that I performed in YouTube videos. The name of the album is "Off Screen - Video Recordings" and you can find it on most platforms (the Bandcamp version has the most tracks because not all the covers could be licensed for streaming).

"This is a synth drum with a built-in self-oscillating VCF.

It is equipped with a wideband oscillator and has a strong SWEEP effect.

You can create various tones by tapping on the body or with an external trigger (sequencer or piezo).

The oscillator has a thicker sound from highs to lows, and the waveform can be selected as TRIANGLE or SAWTOOTH.

SWEEP is set to be applied very strongly, so adjust it in conjunction with CUT OFF COARSE.

SUSUTAIN Setting of the decay time from the onset of sound

SENSITIVITY TRIGGER (When the plug is inserted into the trigger, the internal trigger of the unit is turned off) is to adjust the input sensitivity of the SENSITIVITY TRIGGER.

LFO.F controls the amount of LFO applied to the filter and LFO.

LFO.O controls the amount of LFO applied to the oscillator.

FINE is a finer pitch control for the oscillator than COARSE.

The RESONANCE oscillates at maximum and the pitch can be changed with the CUT OFF knob.

It can be powered by either a center minus 9V DC or 9V battery.

Noise Lab - Eurorack Modules from Stockholm

"Noise Lab is a newly founded synthesizer company based in Stockholm, Sweden. They are starting with six modules forming an interesting synthesizer voice with lots of tricks up its sleeve. Besides the standard modules VCO, VCF, VCA Noise Lab also offers a
spectral mixer a very versatile Wave Shaper and a super-fast envelope. Here is a short overview about the new Noise Lab products.

Prime Mover is an advanced and versatile Voltage Controlled Oscillator based on the renowned 3340 chip. Four primary sound outputs generates Saw, Triangle, Pulse and Sine while individual wave shapers, one for each waveform, expands the sonic possibilities even further.

The Wrinkler consists of a primary wavefolder circuit and a secondary “creaser”, both controllable via knobs and CV. Generally wave folders only work with low harmonic content such as Sine or Triangle waves but this one comes with circuitry which can fold and wrinkle ANY waveform you feed into it, including square waves!

The Beautifier is a flexible OTA based filter, featuring a lowpass/bandpass switch and a selectable slope of 24db and 12dB.

Augmentor features two independent amplifiers with linear response, can also be employed as a signal splitter and works great to create ring-modulator sounds as well with CV control over both audio and CV signals.

Contourist is a general purpose Envelope Generator with three outputs (one inverted ) and three time ranges. From short and snappy (50 msec) to several minutes long contour curves.

The Fourcaster is a unique 4-channel analog crossfader a.k.a. interpolating scanner. Once you start working with it, you'll soon discover how you can create very complex sounds simply by fading between sources.
