EML400 EML401 ElectroComp sequencer by Analogue Solutions
video upload by Analogue Solutions
Almost thought they were making a clone, but this appears to be them playing with an original:
"EML400 EML401 ElectroComp sequencer by Analogue Solutions.
These are really unorthodox and hard to use! Mine has scratchy sliders. Packed with great sequencing features - if you can figure out how to use it!"
Moog One Ambient & Soundscapes
video upload by Synth Universe
"Here I play a selection of custom atmospheric sounds on the Moog One, highlighting its strength as a synth for creating ambient music and soundscapes. All the sounds were created by me and range from gentle layered pads, through resonant chimes to dark ambient textures and soundscapes.
The Moog One has three completely independent synth layers which makes it a wonderful synth for creating complex and evolving sounds, yet still retaining its analog character. The modulation options are so comprehensive and when used carefully they allow for deep movement and dynamics.
In this video I am mainly improvising, using the performance controls on Moog One such as the mod wheel, XY pad, expression pedals, velocity and aftertouch to create further movement and variation. Any effects you hear on the sounds in this video are internal to Moog One - mainly delay and reverb. No external processing was applied.
If you are a Moog One owner, all the patches you hear in this video are available to purchase as part of the Synth Universe Moog One Sound Banks Volumes 1 & 2:

DIY eurorack modular synth | MOD1 Clock sync Trigger burst : Arduino based general-purpose module
video upload by HAGIWO
"This module is an open source general-purpose CV/Gate module based on Arduino nano.
It can be applied to various CV/Gate modules by changing the program.
There are some performance limitations, but it uses general-purpose inexpensive components.
Clock sync Trig burst :
When POT3 is turned fully left, it accepts an external clock for F1.
When POT3 is to the right of 9:00, it switches to the internal clock.
The internal clock can be adjusted with POT3.

Zerosum Inertia ZI52
video upload by The Mephitif
"First test with Zerosum Inertias recreation of the Metasonnix R52 multimode filter.
Signal chain is:
Hertz Donut MK3 - Metasonix RK2 - ZI52 - TVM23 - Audio Interface - FabFilter Plugins"
The zi52 is a recreation of the metasonix r52.
This is a zerosum inertia product with permission granted from metasonix.
Metasonix wants it clear that zerosum inertia is responsible for the questions, support and manufacturing of the product.
It is a resonant equalizer/resonator/filter useful for tone sculpting and scream generation when at high resonance settings.
Two 12aw6 pentodes are responsible for the character of the sounds processed and created.
12aw6 have an amplification factor of 42 mu compared to 36 that a 12au6 provides.
The 12aw6 has a distinct resonance tone that is not found with a 12au6.
It is fizzley and sounds like a fuzzbox at max resonance.
Backing off the resonance allows for smooth filtering without oscillations or squeals.
The resonance is technically a gain function and needs to be up a bit for sound to pass through.
The input knob affects the resonance behavior and general overal sound of filtering heard.
To hear the filtering effect, backing counter clockwise on the input level is needed.
Increasing the input level creates more saturation but overloads the filter and less 'filtering"'is heard.
Synclav Linndrum INHALT Sample Library for the Akai MPC Sampler Range
video upload by INHALTVIDEO
https://inhalt.bigcartel.com/product/...
"From professional sound designer Matia Simovich (Akai Pro, Roland, Sequential/Oberheim…) comes the latest sample library for the entire Akai MPC product range. Synclav Linndrum is a comprehensive 64 pad sample set of the legendary Linndrum drum machine sampled directly into a 1986 Synclavier PSMT sampling workstation.
The Synclavier features a discrete milspec A/D converter that samples at up to 100 kHz / 16 bit complete with an analog front end. The Linndrum was hooked up directly to this converter and all stock sounds, as well as additional Linn eproms (including the Tears for Fears Bell and Triangle eproms) were sampled directly to the Synclavier. Though the Synclavier saves audio files in a native format, this system is equipped with Synclavier3 software which allows for a direct conversion to wav files. No post processing was done on these samples and because the initial sampling was performed at 96 kHz / 16 bits, no additional dithering or sample rate conversion was used. As such, the resulting sound is the unmistakable extra large and punchy “vibe” of the Synclavier (a vibe that makes any sound recording the best it can be) imparted onto a complete Linndrum kit, directly off of the Synclavier hard disk.
While this library is formatted for the Akai MPC range, the samples themselves are 96 kHz / 16 bit mono wav files that can be loaded into any sampler such as Ableton Live drum rack, Logic Pro, or hardware samplers that can read wav files. For MPC users, 1 kit with sensical assignments of all samples (including mute groups) is included. This is an instant download."
Early Perfomance: Live Jam with Push 2 and Novation Launch Control XL

"This live jam was recorded using Ableton Push 2 and the Novation Launch Control XL. It’s an earlier version of the track, before the synth layer you might’ve heard in my Shorts. Kept it simple here to focus on the groove and flow.🔥"

ALAN R. PEARLMAN FOUNDATION TEC TRACKS PANEL DISCUSSION AND BOOTH EVENTS AT THE 2025 WINTER NAMM SHOW
The Foundation promises an exciting event schedule in advance of Alan R. Pearlman’s centennial.
KINGSTON, NY, JANUARY 17, 2025– The Alan R. Pearlman Foundation has announced a series of exciting events during the 2025 Winter NAMM show, featuring a TEC Tracks session in conjunction with Korg, USA, featuring a distinguished panel of filmmakers, sound designers and composers discussing ARP's profound influence on movies, games and television. The session; Behind the Screen: ARP Synthesizers Impact on Sound Design in Film, TV, Gaming and More will take place on Thursday, January 23rd from 4PM to 5PM in Ballroom B at the Hilton Anaheim. Moderated by DJ Cherish the Luv, panelists include: Anthony Marinelli, Mark Isham, and Michael Stein.
In addition, the Foundation will be exhibiting at booth #10700, where we will have vintage instruments to play, host famed synthesist and composer Anthony Marinelli as well as other luminaries, and have short demos including a primer on integrating vintage (and modern) ARP synths into Eurorack modular systems.
ARP synthesizers have been woven into our storytelling tapestry for over half a century,” said Dina Pearlman-Ifil, ARP Foundation founder and daughter of Alan R. Pearlman. "We’re excited to inspire at NAMM with insights into my father’s genius from some very influential artists, and to go ‘behind the screens’ with the influential creators who put the endless potential of ARP synths into their work.”
The Foundation continues its work with contributors, collaborators, vendors, manufacturers, venues, and owners of rare original ARP synthesizers. Among their goals is the creation of installations where students can utilize ARP synthesizers as part of their music curriculum, and to explore the endless possibilities of electronic music.

And a message on the Los Angeles Wildfires:
"RESPONSE TO THE LOS ANGELES FIRES
The Alan R Pearlman Foundation acknowledges the horrors of the Los Angeles fires and would like to share a few words about this, and about our presence at the NAMM show.
We have been keeping close watch and staying in touch with our numerous friends, colleagues and family in Los Angeles. While it appears that Anaheim, the home of the NAMM Show, is safe from imminent danger, the impact that this tragedy inevitably has had, and will have, on our community of musicians, producers, film and recording professionals and friends cannot be downplayed.
Because Anaheim has been deemed as safe, we will be displaying at the NAMM Show in booth 10700. We hope to see many of you there and to learn more of how you’ve weathered these unprecedented circumstances, whether directly or through contact with those you know who have been impacted.
We salute the NAMM organization for their pledge of $50,000 to donate to the 2025 LA Wildfires Relieve Fund, and their encouragement of more contributions. (Read NAMM's President & CEO John Mlynczak statement.) We encourage everyone that is either going to NAMM or watching from afar to join us in supporting our music family who are being affected by these horrific events.
For those of our music family who are in need of gear from losses from the fires, please reach out to us and we will try to connect you with members of the industry who are helping musicians replenish their studios."
