MPE Demo | ERAE + Phase Plant by Kilohearts

video upload by embodme

"Get ready to explore the expressive possibilities of ERAE, demonstrated by Jean-Sébastien Levet, in this hands-on MPE performance with the powerful Phase Plant synth from Kilohearts.

In this demo, Jean-Sébastien unlocks the full potential of multidimensional control — combining ERAE’s ultra-responsive playing surface with the modular sound design flexibility of Phase Plant. Watch as pressure, slide, and pitch movements come to life in real time.

🔹 What you’ll see:
• Live MPE expression on ERAE
• Deep modulation of Phase Plant parameters
• Real-time sound morphing and performance dynamics
• Pro-level sound design and patch manipulation

🎧 Best experienced with headphones to catch every nuanced gesture."

Waldorf Edition 2 - Sound-Demo

video upload by WaldorfMusicChannel

"New Version 2.3.3 available in your 'myWaldorf' account. Attack now native on macOS https://waldorfmusic.com/waldorf-edit...

PPG Wave 2.2V is a virtual reincarnation of its namesake cult classic, coming to prominence with the trailblazing PPG Wave series starting back in 1982.

First resurrected in 1989 with the Waldorf Microwave, today it enjoys a new lease of life in virtual studios on Mac and PC computers. Classic wavetable synthesis is known for conjuring up the feisty analogue and digital hybrid sounds that have graced so many hit records over so many decades.

Attack is a percussion synthesizer powered by an almighty analogue synth sound generator. It transports the trademark sounds of classic Eighties analogue drum machines and the progressive electronic club beats of the Nineties onwards and upwards into truly 21st Century production environments.

As Attack computes all sounds in realtime, users can change any parameter directly.

D-Pole completes the Waldorf Edition 2 lineup as a very versatile filter plug-in with five filter types (lowpass, bandpass, high pass, notch, and resonator), SAMPLE RATE reduction, RING MOD, OVERDRIVE (ranging up to +52 dB), and stereo delay — all in wondrous Waldorf quality!"

Synths That Tanked! Top 15 Value Crashes You Won’t Believe!?

video upload by Andy Whitmore

You be the judge. Feel free to comment below.

"💥 The biggest synth value crashes of all time! These once-iconic instruments lost tens of thousands in value—from legendary analog giants to futuristic digital monsters.

You've seen the synths that became priceless icons… but what about the ones that didn’t?

In this countdown, we reveal 15 professional synthesizers that lost the most value from their original prices (adjusted for inflation). From boutique rarities to digital behemoths, these are the synths that hit the market hard—and hit resale even harder.

🎹 We cover:

Synth name + release year

Original price + adjusted inflation value

Current resale value

Total loss 💸

A fun or tragic fact per synth

Whether it's a Fairlight, Synclavier, or the ultra-rare GX-1, some of this gear once cost more than a house… and now? Let’s just say you could buy one for the price of a laptop.

🧠 Think you can guess the biggest loser?"
