OhmRGB Expansion Jacks

OhmRGB Expansion Jacks from Livid Instruments on Vimeo.

"The OhmRGB come with our expansion module for added adaptability, flexibility and control. Two ¼” jacks allow you to connect Roland-style foot pedals and single analog controls. Put your feet in the mix for additional controls, or experiment adding different sensors and switches. If that’s not enough, you can add up to eight more analog controls with the pin header connection. This provides a direct link into the OhmRGB's Brain so you can experiment with touch controls, sensors, accelerometers, faders, rotary knobs, and more. Of course, our Builder series BYOB boards can be easily integrated for a totally customized and modular setup."

"Apple has released iJupiter6 v1.2 for Roland Jupiter-6 Europa.

iJupiter6 v1.2 offers:
One parameter per waveform like on your Jupiter-6 control panel
• Europa VCO waveform selection MIDI implementation is quite complex (same byte / parameter for a given VCO to obtain all 16 waveforms combinations for VCO 2 and slightly less for VCO 1); we 'demultiplexed' each VCO waveform to an individual parameter on iJupiter6.

Automatically disables VCO 2 Pulse waveform when you select Square waveform; like your Jupiter-6.

4-Controls per Parameter
• Slider: full range parameter value adjustment for a ‘coarse’ workflow
• + button: precise +1 parameter value adjustment for a ‘fine’ workflow
• - button: precise -1 parameter value adjustment for a ‘fine’ workflow
• Parameter default value button: pressing the parameter value label / button sets this parameter to a default value for a faster workflow (ex: DCO wave = Saw; VCF frequency = wide open; etc...)

Parameter Name and Value
• Name (ex: O2Wav): as displayed on the synth LCD, UI or User Manual
• Value (ex: Saw): as displayed on the synth LCD, UI or User Manual, dynamically changes when you use one of the 4 controls (slider, + button, - button, parameter default value button)"
