This is a preset pack for the Novation Circuit, a 2-synth, 4-drum groovebox.
This pack has 48 presets, 64 samples, and 19 demo sessions.
It also includes a semi-mapped INIT patch called “_INIT_Mapped_singlepatch.syx” which has the 8 macros mapped to useful things. You can use this to start your own sounds without having to map to some of the most common controls."
"As part of 'DivKid's West Coast Adventure' (more on that below) I had the chance to head down to Portland, Oregon and go see Malekko Heavy Industry and their Darkplace Manufacturing facility too. It was a pleasure to meet Josh Holley, Paul Barker, Ben Davis, Anna Sitko and the rest of the team. I had a nosy around (camera in hand for the b roll) and grabbed some footage with two different Eurorack modular systems and also the very lovely Manther! Across a couple of days I also sat down with founders Josh Holley and Paul Barker for a casual interview, learning some background as well as looking to the future.

"As we shelter in place we have a bit of fun with the KOMA Field Kit driving the Crank Sturgeon Pocket Gamelan (springs, wires, and contact mics). We also use the Mr. Grassi non-deterministic touch plate module to drive a gong via a speaker and contact mic connected to the Field Kit. Audio is sent through the Strymon Magneto and QuBit Prism modules. The solenoid of the Field Kit is controlled by an FM shaped LFO on the After Later Pique module.

The Taurus 1 use linear VCOs. The Minimoog and the later Taurus 2 and 3 use exponential VCOs. Linear VCOs are the secret for the stable bass sound of the Taurus 1.
