"I highly recommend adding the Moon Modular 591 manual switch (or similar and/or DIY switch) to your system, especially when using the 554 Octal Clock Divider!
Notes:
1) The 591 I have I purchased secondhand recently for less than half price of a new one, since it had been damaged and only partially repaired, so switch #3 doesn't work correctly and switch #2 is a little intermittent.
2) The video didn't compile correctly so the last 30 seconds were cut off, sorry about that! It was my second attempt and didn't want to try again since it ties up my computer for hours each time! :-/ Something is wrong with either Sony Movie Studio 12, certain plugins, Windows 8, other running applications, the PC hardware and/or a combination of everything. :-("

This video exhibits Mixmode's unique saturation effect on a triangle wave and an AC coupled rectified sine wave.
First up is the triangle wave. The positive and negative clipping levels are adjusted independently to randomly demonstrate the various overtones possible as harmonic content is increased/decreased.
voltage control over the saturation controls is then demonstrated.
Part 2 features the AC coupled rectified sine wave. CV is applied and the effect of audio rate modulation of the saturation levels is demonstrated.

With this MIDI Designer layout, all drum voice parameters are accessible on one page. There is also a mixer with which volume levels, panning, output routing, etc., may be adjusted for all six voices-- on one page. It makes voice editing and mixing much more convenient.

"Similar to the classic Moog Model 1120 pedal, the Syntaur CVP-100 pedal is a control-voltage (CV) source for use with analog synthesizers. "This listing is for a YAMAHA CS60 8voice analog polyphonic synthesizer in excellent cosmetic and working condition. The CS60 is built into its own case and comes with its original lid. The enamel surface of the front panel is in excellent shape but with approximately half a dozen small (pinhead size) flakes missing. There are several minor scuffs on the Tolex of the lid, but the surface is unbroken and intact. The original legs and vinyl carrying bag (both in excellent condition) are included. The Instruction manual, service manual, foot switch pedal and foot controller(expression pedal) are all included. This is a complete Yamaha CS60 with ALL the accessories!
The Yamaha CS60 8 voice analog poly synth is the smaller version of the all-time classic CS80. And even though it is somewhat "scaled down" compared to its legendary big brother, the CS60 is nevertheless one of the most expressive and intuitive synths ever made. It's basically one channel of the 2 channel CS80, and it still includes most of the key signature features that place Yamaha's polyphonic CS-series in a class of its own. Last but not least, with CS80prices going through the roof, the CS60 can still be had for a fraction of the price. 8 discreet voices of vintage analog technology and all the real time control you could ask for - the YAMAHA CS60 is a very desirable and highly inspirational musical instrument with tons of character.
All keys, knobs, sliders and buttons work perfectly, move smoothly and do exactly what they're supposed to do. The same goes for the keyboard aftertouch/pressure sensitivity and all other functions. TheCS60 is perfectly in tune and remains very stable. The ribbon controller is practically pristine: no signs of wear or tear, the felt is still raised and it tracks perfectly along the entire range.

"Paul Fraser and L.A. Stylophonic- L.A.’s premier stylophone ensemble, plan to gather a group of 100 stylophone players at the Compton Civic Center Plaza for an interactive concert that will use sound to highlight the Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial sculpture and the surrounding plaza’s period Modern architecture. All ages are welcome and no musical experience is necessary. Those who are interested should meet at the Compton Civic Center Plaza at 1pm and then participants will be directed with numbers, symbols, and shapes to teach them about the instrument in small groups. The event culminates with a final performance in which all 100 participants will come together to play the final, experimental composition, filling the plaza with sound.
About the stylophone: The Stylophone is an easy to play, battery powered miniature synthesizer. Though the individual low-fi instruments sound simple, when they are layered together, the effect becomes amplified and immersive.
This event is part of Machine Project’s Field Guide to L.A. Architecture.

"Up for sale is the mighty Elka Synthex polyphonic analog synthesizer. This is a gigantic eight-voice synth from the early eighties with a great user interface design, an unbelievable sound and lots of possibilities. With it’s heavy-weight keyboard (better than a e.g. Jupiter 8, OB-X) it’s a real joy to play. Aside from that it’s built like a tank.
Like other big polyphonic synthesizers it has standard features like 2 DCO’s, 2 LFO’s, 3 mode chorus, etc. But there are also some very unique specials on board:
✰ A multimode filter (HP, LP, BP 1&2)
✰ LFO routing to VCF, VCA, PW 1&2, OSC A&B, OSC B ring mod & sync
✰ Super versatile Joystick (can be combined with DCO, VCF, LFO2, etc.)

✰ An internal Sequencer (transpondable, note-length, step & realtime)

"Frequency The Frequency CV input accepts 0-5V control voltages, quantized to semitones, to cover the MIDI note range 0-63. It is possible to limit the CV input with the CV attenuator. The basic frequency range of the VCDO is ten octaves from MIDI Note 0 to MIDI Note 120 (8.18Hz to 8372Hz), and can be selected by the manual Frequency knob.
Detune The Detune CV input is not quantised, and allows for -5V to +5V CV to modulate +/-8 semitones. The manual Detune knob allows adjustments to be made +/-100 cents.
Waveform The VCDO section has 16 waveforms which you’re unlikely to have seen before, arranged as a wavetable. The VCDO is able to crossfade from one to the next, creating a wavetable which you can scan through under voltage control, -5V to +5V. It would have been easy to include standard waveforms like ramps and triangles, but there are many oscillators that produce those. This oscillator has its own character and provides something different.

Glide Waverider also includes a glide/portamento effect, glide times range from 12ms/octave to 2.4secs/octave. Turning the Glide knob to minimum switches the glide effect off. Additionally, Glide can be externally controlled by any gate source, 0V = Glide off, 5V = Glide on.
Crush The Crush knob controls the sample bit resolution of the output (ie bitcrushing). This can be reduced from 8-bit down to 1-bit in eight steps.
VCDO and Sub Osc Outputs 8-bit, 62.5KHz sample output rate. The internal waveforms and calculations are 8-bit, and new samples are output via the on-chip PWM modules at 62.5KHz. The PWM modules’ outputs are at 125KHz."

"Frequency The Frequency CV input accepts 0-5V control voltages, quantized to semitones, to cover the MIDI note range 0-63. It is possible to limit the CV input with the CV attenuator. The basic frequency range of the VCDO is ten octaves from MIDI Note 0 to MIDI Note 120 (8.18Hz to 8372Hz), and can be selected by the manual Frequency knob.
Detune The Detune CV input is not quantised, and allows for -5V to +5V CV to modulate +/-8 semitones. The manual Detune knob allows adjustments to be made +/-100 cents.
Waveform The VCDO section has 16 waveforms which you’re unlikely to have seen before, arranged as a wavetable. The VCDO is able to crossfade from one to the next, creating a wavetable which you can scan through under voltage control, -5V to +5V. It would have been easy to include standard waveforms like ramps and triangles, but there are many oscillators that produce those. This oscillator has its own character and provides something different.

"Up for auction is an amazing vintage soviet 3VCO analog synthesizer - ALTAIR 231. Altair 231 is an almost identical copy of the famous Moog`s Minimoog model D synthesizer made in the Soviet Union. It was manufactured on "Estradin" military radio plant in Zhitomir city in January 1987. It has very fat and impressive analog sound with wide sound palette. It can produce fat analog basses, classic rock leads, hard razor waves, various space fx`s , noises, ambient textures etc... The filter is really extreme and sounds fantastic."

"The music on this recording was produced on a new kind of synthesizer developed at the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth College. In 1972 composer Jon Appleton began working with two engineers, Sydney Alonso and Cameron Jones, to develop a computer-controlled synthesizer. Significant work had already been done on digital synthesis, but it was felt by the inventors at Dartmouth that an inexpensive, totally dedicated system could help many composers explore this new way of producing sound. The inventors also wanted to create a users language which did not require computer expertise as had previous computer music programs..."

"It's working 95% - the inconvenience is that few sliders (especially Volume what you can see at video I made...Look below around 0:50) cracks or breaks when pushing. Cosmetically it has some scratches on keys (please, look carefully at photos), keys are yellow, there is lack of casing at button ON/OFF. But generally instrument looks quite good at its age. As for playing - its full playable, massive synth with sound which you wont find anywhere
