This is my attempt at recreating those songs on a more modern Easel reissue. This is inspired more upon the Control Voltage Faire performance.

I’m still working on refining the patching, and I’m not using a TimeLine delay like Cortini did. But I think I’m reasonably close. Thanks for watching! And be sure to check out Alessandro’s Forse series, which the final versions would ultimately appear (years after the live performances)."

Press the black "0" button to toggle sound effects on and off. The original space invaders sounds are included in the .aif file. Drop this on your OP-Z in "samplepacks/4-fx/10" and then while playing Space Invaders select the last samplepack on channel 4 of your active pattern.

There are three different levels and the game will keep cycling through until you die.

BETELGEUSE - Roland JUPITER-Xm - One Synth Challenge

"All sounds are coming from Roland Jupiter-Xm and are programmed by myself.
I am using the internal step sequencer, using the "Step Key Shift" parameter to transpose all the parts.
The purpose of playing repetitive ghost notes on the keys is to add more complexity to the drums part, that is using the iARP to detect my playing.

This track is just scratching the surface of the Roland Jupiter-Xm in a live performance, a synth that is complex, rich in features, and with a super-fat-sound!

When you do a track expand, the RK008 analyzes the MIDI data and determines if it is a drum track you want to expand or if it's MIDI data with multiple instruments. It works pretty neat!"
