Polyphonic Patching with 4x Intellijel Atlantix Modules

video upload by Intellijel

"Ever wondered what 4x Atlantix modules might sound like in polyphony? We certainly did, so we decided to make it a reality!

As a new shipment of Atlantix landed recently, we thought it might be fun to pop 4 Atlantix modules into a Performance Case and try out some polyphonic patches, with the help of MIDI 1U + CVx 1U. In this video we cover the basics of how it works, and showcase some patches that demonstrate how good it can sound when you're able to make adjustments to each individual voice in a polyphonic system.

Aodyo Anyma Omega & Loom Kickstarters On Hold After Receiving 273% & 321% of Funding Respectively

It looks like Aodyo's Anyma Omega & Loom are on hold, and unfortunately it appears backers may be out their funds as their money went towards pre-production.

Key points from the full Kicstarter message further below:

1. "Given that the funds have been used entirely to advance these projects, we regret to inform you that a refund of your contributions is unfortunately impossible at this stage."

2. "However, if we do not succeed in securing new investments or partnerships in the coming weeks, we will be left with no other choice but to file for bankruptcy."

3. "In closing

We know this is not the message you were hoping for, and we share your frustration. We want to express our deepest gratitude for your support and belief in our vision, and we remain hopeful that a solution can be found."

The full message follows:

"Dear contributors,

We apologize for the delay in getting back to you and thank you for your sustained patience. During this time, we have been doing everything we can to avoid the situation we now find ourselves in. In the spirit of transparency and honesty, we want to share the challenges we are facing and provide a clear picture of where we stand.

Wave Packets by Auza Eurorack Complex Envelopes, Modulation Signals and Audio

video upload by MATTHS

"Wave Packets is the first Eurorack module from design team Auza. Capable of generating complex envelopes, modulation signals and audio, the module allows you to sculpt your sound by producing time-limited signals or “wave packets”. Each wave packet is determined in the four primary dimensions of time, depth, frequency and wave shape. With five distinct unipolar and bipolar outputs, an infinite and unique range of shapes and sounds can be produced: an envelope growing from nothing to wild oscillation, a punchy bass drum with monstrous pitch decay, a ping-multiplied burst generator, an amplitude-varying LFO or timbre-morphing oscillator. Our novel model combines frequency-dynamic oscillation and function generation for crafting modulation and audio signals that fuel creativity. What emerges is a highly versatile production tool kit in 16HP."

Synapse Legend HZ Motion Presets: Arp, Seq, Bass, Lead Demo

video upload by Anton Anru

"Endless Motion soundset is dedicated to rhythmic sounds and offers a diverse collection of 50 presets: 10 Arpeggios, 10 Sequences, 5 Basses, 5 Leads, 5 Chords, 5 Textures, 5 Pads, and 5 Synths.
🎛 The HZ version of the Synapse Audio Legend synthesizer introduces some exciting enhancements: additional oscillators, MSEG envelopes, an extra LFO, tempo-synced delay, and a flexible modulation matrix.
With these upgrades, I wanted to push the synthesizer’s capabilities to the max and create complex, evolving sounds. Each preset, regardless of category, is packed with movement and tempo-synced modulations. Simply hold down a key, and you'll get a sound that moves according to a defined pattern.

🔮 Get the soundset: https://bit.ly/4gHslXg

🎚 All presets are responsive to Velocity, while the ModWheel adds expressiveness—brightening the sound, introducing vibrato, shifting tone, or adding extra movement for dynamic performance.

📻 Since Legend HZ is a replica of an old analog synthesizer, I aimed to highlight the vintage, imperfect, slightly distorted character of the sound.
I used oscillators drift, saturation, and distortion in different blocks of the plugin, used noise as a sound source and as a modulation source, and used FM modulation, which can significantly distort the tone. And of course, the famous Filter Bank - it can noticeably add color to the sound.

🧬 The soundset is suitable for many genres: ambient, electronica, cinematic, retrowave, synthwave, darkwave, IDM, trip-hop, lounge, downtempo, pop, chill out, new age, trance, deep, progressive, techno, breaks, jungle, drum and bass, dub and others.

💡 Ensure that you are using the latest software version.
To add presets to the collection, open the plugin browser, click Menu in the upper left corner, then select Import Folder, and specify the folder on your computer."

MicroKorg: Big Sounds From Scratch

video upload by MR TUNA Music

"Hello my friends today we are creating sounds from scratch on the new limited edition Korg MicroKORG Crystal. It's the same as the original microkorg but shiny!
The OG MK was my first synthesizer many years ago and now I have this beautiful commemorative model to remember it by... I was not expecting to love it so much right away! Sure its a little tricky to program if you cant read the small print too easy, but for me it was like riding a bike and I was right back in it (I remember a lot of the important positions and knob assignments so that was cool).
For this video we are going to focus on making big pulse-width modulating sounds with some long slow synth pad movement. I'm going to try and use as much of the features of the synth engine that I can including the built-in effects and virtual-patch section. The microKORG only has 4 voices, but it can sound huge with the right programming.

Stick around and let me know what you think!

Here are the chapters:

Chapters:
0:00 - Preview sound
0:08 - Initializing a patch on the MicroKorg
0:32 - Oscillator 2
0:50 - Square waves
1:04 - Slow envelopes
1:28 - Osc 2 sub oscillator
1:41 - PWM with virtual patch 1
2:26 - Adding in the filter
3:05 - Effects section
4:33 - Virtual patch 2: LFO to filter cutoff
5:01 - The finished sound
5:44 - Exploring
6:50 - DISTORTION ⚡️⚡️⚡️"

One of my favorite tracks from the 80s.
Flames Of Love by Fancy from the album Flames Of Love (1988)
Composed and written by Alfons Weindorf, Tess Teiges, Sabrina Lorenz
Produced by Fancy

Featured the Sequential Circuits Prophet VS Vector Synthesizer (1986)

This cover song series contains my own recreations of my favourite songs from the last 50 years. The original music from which I take inspiration belong to their respective owners. I recreate tracks only for personal passion and to pay homage to these tracks.

My intention is not to create covers that sound exactly like the original (if you want to hear identical sounds, please listen the original). It's more of an inspiration with my sounds from the old synthesizers from the past and of course the great appreciation for the original performers and producers. "

Rhodes Chroma w/ Enabler SN 016 & Pedals

"Your chance to own one of the most sought after analog synths of all time along with the custom-built “Enabler” controller manufactured by Randel Osborne.

Both were purchased directly from Mr. Osborne who described this particular Chroma as cosmetically and functionally one of the nicest he’d ever come across. The Enabler took two years to receive due to the extensive waiting list for this boutique unit.

The Chroma sounds MASSIVE and The Enabler allows the user to in real-time access endless layers of functionality buried by the synth’s original designers.

Comes with the original double sustain pedal, volume pedal, a bespoke interface used to connect the Enabler and an ATA style, heavy duty flightcase.

The only thing keeping me from listing this Chroma as “excellent“ is an error with voice board #5(limiting the synth to 14 voices (still sounds amazing), a burnt out “pixel” in the Chroma’s numerical display (does not affect functionality) and a dark LED screen on the Enabler (which also doesn’t affect functionality). In any event these should be simple fixes and these issues are already reflected in the lower than normal asking price. All buttons/sliders/keys functions as they should.

Due to the delicate nature of the synth it is available for local pick up only in the northeast for now. If it isn’t sold after a while I’ll open it up to shipping although I doubt it will not sell quickly as I’ll be entertaining all serious offers."

Vintage 1983 Crumar Spirit — Bob Moog Designed Masterpiece SN 00045

"While this gorgeous vintage Moog-designed Crumar Spirit synthesizer is in exceptionally nice cosmetic shape, it will need a basic calibration and the noise generator will need to be addressed for it to be 100% factory functional.

With this being said — this 1983 Crumar Spirit is an absolutely stunning, tonally mind-blowing, and creatively mesmerizing synth. There is not much to say that hasn’t been said before. One of Bob Moog’s finest designs, and one of the very rarest. An extremely flexible analog mono synth with 2 VCO’s, a legendary filter section, many features I could cherry-pick through… I encourage you to feel free to reach out with any questions regarding the technical functions of this synth, if you don’t know much about these. I imagine that many of those viewing this listing know precisely what they are looking at.

The Spirit is fully original aside from 4 replaced switches; the original switches will be included in the sale. It is near mint cosmetically, aside from one tiny chip on the back-side corner (see pics) and the aforementioned replaced switches. Truly a sight to behold in person. As I mentioned earlier, the synth could use a calibration and the noise generator is currently non-functioning; but otherwise the Spirit is working 100%. Included in the sale is the original, fitted leather case."

INORI by SERGE Modular - 10 Patches

video upload by Stazma

"After the walktrhough of the panel a few weeks ago, we go back to the INORI panel, this time for ten short pieces, to give you a idea of it's sonic range.

Spoiler alert: it's HUGE.

I've used some occasional modules from the MANTRA panel below, usualy the Sequencer.

PS: when you see some vibration on the screen during the video it's not an effect that I add, it's the bass that shake my camera stand ;-)

Have fun!"

Circuit Bent SR-16 thru Kaoss Replay with Circuit Mono Station (Rapid Rawvius

video upload by HardtekStudios

"I have been having so much fun with the Circuit Mono Station! Jamming on it after the last track is what inspired this new track. The Circuit Mono Station is the midi master starting and stopping the circuit bent SR-16. Since the SR-16 has 4 outputs (!), I used the 2 aux outs for the kick and snare and the rest of the mix going into the Kaoss Replay for some additional time processing. Having the aux outs means I can mix the Kick and Snare each with their own processing for a punchy core beat with a high energy percussion mix. The samples are also going through the ping pong delay. They are custom sounds I created in the past. Do you like these more complex industrial jams as of late? Let me know in the comments."
