Meeblip SE Music Demo
Published on Jul 22, 2016 MEGASYNTH1
"This album is a product demonstration/ mini composition project using only the Meeblip SE Module Synthesizer and drum samples. Some of the drum sounds were created using the Meeblip SE. Only light effect processing was used (reverb, delay, EQ, light distortion)
The Meeblip Se is a unique digital synth in that it definitely has its own sound different from anything else! Rather than a clean and sparkling sound it is naturally gritty and saturated with digital oddities that make it a discovery every time you lay hands on it. I wanted to show how the Meeblip SE could be used as a serious production tool with 10 mini compositions of various genres. Recorded in Reason 7.0

Archipelago (An Arpeggiated Jam)
Published on Jul 20, 2016 Jeremy Leaird-Koch
"Quick jam on the setup in the new apartment after finally getting it all hooked up. Ableton is providing the MIDI to everything but the LXR, which is clocked and running it's own internal sequence. The Meeblips are getting arp data from Live and switching between different arp modes. Virus gets sequenced bass from Ableton."

Published on Dec 18, 2015 cdmtv
"So, you've got your computer, and it just needs some love... needs something out of the box. Enter our hero, MeeBlip anode. Nate Mars shows us how these two can work together... a pattern in Live freeing up your hands for some tweaking, and then letting the knobs carry you...

Quick Session: Melt (Ipad, DSI Mopho, Meeblip Anode, Arturia Minibrute, Analog Rytm, Boss DD-6
Published on Nov 6, 2015 my4trackmachine
"Another quickie. Experimenting with sequencing hardware via an IPad running the app called Genome [iTunes]. It's my first time trying this method of sequencing, using the newly created Roland TR-505 samples with my Rytm that I made, and also my first run using the Meeblip anode. A lot of new things going on in this little session. A lot of learning and experimenting for me. I like it."

Sunday Synth Jam (Oct 4 2015)
Published on Oct 4, 2015 stereofect
"Gear used:
Arturia Microbrute se
Blofeld Desktop
Mopho Desktop
Novation Bass Station II
Roland Alpha Juno 1
Meeblip anode (white)
Novation Launchpad S
Sequenced the synths with the Bass Station. Latch'd loops with the Launchpad and played some simple lead stuff on the Alpha Juno.
The loops are atmospheric ambient type stuff I made using iOS synth apps such as Magellan, Sunrizer, iSEM, Thor and Animoog loading them into the Launchpad iOS app and feeding them to Dedalus and AUFX:Dub. I use a Alesis Wedge to add effects to the synths.
Cheers!!"

Blip Synth Intro (Meeblip album Intro)
Published on Sep 27, 2015 MEGASYNTH1
"Set the video to 720 for maximum sound/video quality.
This is an introduction to a mini album (Blip Synth) exclusively using the Meeblip SE as a sound source aside from the drums and simple effects. The album will be released winter 2015.
I wanted to show people that digital synths are very unique and all have their own sound. The Meeblip Se is an 8 Bit Digital synth with a very aggressive, gritty, and constantly surprising sound. I was able to get it to produce many motifs of modern electronic music and even some throw backs from the past. The album was made in Reason syncing the Meeblip Se to the programs sequencer. Basic effects were used like EQ, Distortion, Reverb, Delay and Vocoding.
I am releasing this album under my moniker "Sequencer" keep an eye out for a new Sequencer, non Meeblip affiliated, album coming out soon. I produce all art and music.

Arturia Beatstep Pro & Elastic Drums & Minibrute & Meeblip Anode session
Published on Sep 25, 2015
"Elastic Drums is delivering the master clock for Arturia Beatstep Pro which is playing the 2 'melodic' lines of Arturia Minibrute and Meeblip Anode. Meeblip is connected via Beatstep's midi out, the Minibrute is connected to Beatstep's analog gate and pitch outputs. Unfortunately the knobs I am tweaking on the Minibrute are out of view, but I am basically playing with the filter settings."

New Limited Edition White MeeBlip anode
via Create Digital Music:
"So, to celebrate anode, we’re bringing out a special limited edition for summer. As you’ve no doubt noticed, it comes in a new creamy white case. But the controls have been updated, too. People liked the wavetable mode so much, we’ve made that the default, so you can dial in a wide range of sounds from the front panel. And to give you blindingly-quick access to envelopes, there’s one knob for amplitude and one knob for decay. Sound performance has also been fine-tuned, so it’s even more responsive.
We’re only making 250 of these, hand numbering them, so once they’re gone, they’re gone. (The original anode will remain available, both direct and at worldwide dealers.)"

Meeblip at SchneidersBuero
Meeblip at SchneidersBuero from Andreas Schneider on Vimeo.
"Peter Kirn and Andreas Schneider hilighted the most popular workshop at SchneidersBuero Berlin directly after Musikmesse Frankfurt in 2015. Officially introducing the little Meeblip Synthesizers on the desk - one of them is connected to a Future Retro Zillion Stepsequencer, the other one is getting bass lines from HerrSchneiders old XBase09 - they have lots of fun just improvising some beats and rhythms.
On three other videos you will see the workshops introducing the products of Mark Verbos, Tony Rolando and Dan Green soon."

"MeeBlip anode is a hands-on bass synth for anyone. Small, affordable, open source, with a unique analog filter and adjustable digital oscillators. Here's what it sounds like and how you control it.
To make this film, we went to Berlin-native musician Robert Lippok (raster noton, also of the former To Rococo Rot). Robert invited us into his studio for this nice demo as he explored its controls."
