"Original model MidiMoog.. Not very many of these made. This was one of SE's first builds. These few MidiMoog's had an original vintage Moog MiniMoog OSC board.. this is one of those.
It all works great.. Thesis Audio completely went through it a couple of years ago.. It is working and sounding great.. just like a vintage minimoog!
In many ways its better than a vintage minimoog.. it has MIDI, it has LFO and Filter Aftertouch!!! And is very portable.. all with the Mini sound.
A couple of things to note. There are scuffs and scratches around the body, The first WAVEFORM knob is a little loose from its post.. NOT THE POT.. just the plastic knob over the metal pot post.. needs a new set screw. And.. while its perfectly scaled and in tune across many octaves.. you may have to scale and tune it after transit.. takes 5-10 min and super easy.. tuning / scaling pots are accessed via the back panel with a mini flat head screwdriver. Might not need tuning when you get it, just stating for full disclosure."
"It is essentially an original Model D with some added functionality like MIDI, LFO, etc. The VCO board must be a Studio Electronic board but not so sure about the power supply and VCF/VCA boards; check out the photos for reference. It sounds amazing at any rate, just like an original Mini."

"The secret weapon of 90's hip hop! Includes all 4 filter cartridge clones (Mini, 303, 2600, SEM). This unit also has the MidiMiniAfy mod by Studio Electronics. This mod adds a pure sine wave to oscillator one and a discreet Moog VCA that can be switched in or out."

"The Studio Electronics Omega 2 is one the most rare discrete analog synths, around 50 of them were only made. It is in very good condition, in fact this one was never racked. Functions well and sounds huge. Has the latest firmware as well.
Some info of this particular model:
The OMEGA 2 is a 2-voice true stereo analog synthesizer with two completely discrete OMEGA voice boards mounted in a 2U size case. Although the number of knobs and buttons on the panel is smaller than his big brother OMEGA8 all functions except the number of polyphony/parts are the same as OMEGA8."
"Among the worlds most powerful analog poly synth flagships
This unit boasts six different filter types (see pics) including the CS-80 filters on each of the eight voices. There are eight fuzz distortion boards, one on each of the eight voices, globally turned on and off on the front panel switch. This thing is pretty dang fully expanded.
Analog sound designers dream, add an eventide and you're on the moon."

"The Studio Electronics Omega 8 is an eight-voice, discrete circuit, multi-timbral, stereo, multi filtered, arpeggiating, DSP free analog synthesizer. Detailed specifications and voice architecture can be viewed on the Studio Electronics website."
"The G-Storm Electro SEM VCF arrived the other day, and I figured I'd give it a listen in comparison to what, up to this point, I think is the best SEM eurorack module: the Studio Electronics SEM VCF.
(Spoiler alert: The G-Storm gives the SE a serious run for its money)
I've also thrown in the Bubblesound SEM20 and an AMSynths Obie XA. The
Bubblesound is mostly SEM, but with some MS-10 bits grafted on that makes it more aggro. The Obie XA isn't a SEM at all, different chip, but is also
modeled after an Oberheim filter so I figured I'd toss it in for contrast.
VCO is a Befaco Pony, first on saw then on square. Sequencer is a Clank Chaos. Envelope is Zadar.
Be forewarned: a lot of this video is me going back, and forth, and back, and forth, and back and forth between modules. Don't get seasick.

Shot on a 90s camcorder, the original lost video from 2002.

"8 stereo voices make this multitimbral analog synth an absolutely massive sound-design toolkit. Very straightforward programming, 400+ really deep presets, complete control via MIDI, fantastic Oberheim and Moog filters on-board (add additional filters using two easy-to-access expander slots per-voice). This unit was professional serviced just before listing."
