In this patch, we combine the DS-2’s oscillators, filters and LFO with the DF-8’s looping envelopes and stereo filters to create a huge, highly resonant drone. Subtle modulation and moving cutoffs add constant movement, while stereo filtering and delay help build a wide, evolving soundscape.

Turn up the delay and drift off into the drone."

In this patch, we turn the CPM DF-8’s filter into an oscillator by feeding its output back into the cutoff. Using high resonance, Sample & Hold modulation and looping envelopes creates evolving, shifting drone textures with plenty of movement.

Add some delay to push the sound even further."
