Moog Song Producer Commodore MIDI / Trigger interface
via this auction
"rare Moog Song Producer. She’s ready willing and able to handle all your MIDI and Trigger interfacing between your gear and your Commodore. Besides the Moog Song Producer itself, this auction comes with the Song Producer hardware interface (to connect the song producer to your commodore), the sequencing and MIDI-processing software (version 1.6), Manual and all original boxing. All of these are in mint or near mint condition minus the box, which does show its age.
· 1 MIDI in
· 1 MIDI thru
· 4 MIDI outs
· 8 drum trigger outs
· 2 Footswitch ins
· 1 Clock/sync in
· 1 Clock/sync out
All in all, you are looking at not only an awesome piece of song producing memorabilia, but a piece or hardware that can still hold its own, especially in today’s retro-digital music making age!"
MOOG POLYMOOG SYNTHESISER MODEL 203A
via this auction
"This is the model 203a version and NOT the 280. So this is called the synthesiser. It has keyboard written on it. The reason I believe to be the case is that Moog named this the Polymoog keyboard when it was built pre-1978. They then launched the model 280 post 1978 which became the keyboard. This version was then renamed the synthesiser.
To be absolutely fair, some people and purists prefer the newer keyboard model 280 version because of its abilities to replicate the famous Garry Newman sound but this model 203a selling here isn’t a million miles away from replicating the same sound, it just isn’t quite as easy to do so."
SUIKO ST-50

via this auction
"SUIKO-ST50 BASIC is extremely rare and most strange japanese electronic musical instruments it was originally made for japanese traditinal music circa. 1990. SUIKO-ST50 BASIC was a expensive and most full functional product of SUIKO series
SUIKO-ST50 BASIC was very expensive and made very limited quantities those days originaly made for the very small circle of the people who seriously studying japanese traditional music and never sold at ordinary musical instruments market so i'ts very hard to find even in Japan nowadays... this is your first and last chance to get this vintage bizarre gem!
it has 2 rows of button keyboard this keyboard specially designed for playing glissando easily like koto(japanese harp) front row of the keyboard is japanese scale,so just playing randomly you can easily get exotic japanese melody! it has internal stereo speakers and stereo output jack, phone jack, pedal jack,AC jack
there are various switchs for special japanese tuning, sustain, octave shift, vibrate, bend, mono/poly switch etc trill switch easily simulates unique trill playing on Koto(japanese harp) two bend lever are available, pitch and sound level most strange function is auto chord button(left below 4 button) hold one keyboard and touch this button it automaticaly generates special exotic japanese style chord it's not same as western theory but it from various japanese moods of poetic minds, really exotic! and it also has auto play/rec function, you can record and play your performance and play another instruments over your recording sound
4 sounds are selectable,KOTO(japanese harp),SHAKUHACH(japanese bamboo flute),SUIKO(original sound),and STRINGS mainly japanese traditional instruments
this is BASIC model of SUIKO ST-50,it has only 4 sounds expanded SUIKO ST-50 has more sounds but other functions are same (usually I'm selling "expanded SUIKO ST-50" for $799)
sounds are very realistic, warm and strange!,unique original japanese sounds
I recommends SUIKO-ST50 for the artist who tired of western electronic instruments and seeking for fresh and bizzare sounds and also recommends those who seriously studying japanese traditional music"

x0xi0 modded x0xb0x - first test (no line, just phone audio)
YouTube via KeepUpOnIt | July 04, 2010
"I just got my long awaited x0xi0 full modded x0xb0x (no, I didn't built it myself, thank you Brian Castro, fantastic Job!)
This is the first test and I was not very patient so I did not hook it up to an audio port of my soundcard but just attached the monitors directly and run the xBase09 though audio in of the x0xb0x. It was such a nice first-try-extreme-fun-session with this bassmonster that I had to record it quick and dirty (TM). Don't expect line sound, its just recorded with my phone!
As usual - if you don't like it, please tell your mom and watch other stuff, otherwise leave a comment!"

Modded Roland TR-505 Rhythm Composer
"This unit has been modified to accept a circuit board that provides individual outputs. You can see the outputs on the back panel in the images. Some sounds are shared on the same output, but the kick and snare have their own outs. The output jacks are 1/16". Included are 4 - 1/16" to RCA cables. The modification was an after market option offered by another company not Roland."
Update via Keegan in the comments: "Left to right: Bass, Snare, Hand Clap/Rim Shot, L/H Cowbell, L/H Conga, Closed/Open HH, Crash/Ride, L/M/H Tom.
They are grouped together because you can only play one of each sound at a time.
Anyone have any info on this mod? I'd like to do it to my 505."
via Ian: "http://www.burnkit2600.com/tr-505/ has info for getting individual outputs (among other things.)"
Roland Juno-106 with Blue LEDs, Display and Bender
"The first "BLUE MEANIE MOD" from the Synth Spa. This Juno 106 is in perfect working order and the voice chips are guaranteed for as long as you own the board! Yes the voice and wave chips have been completely restored. This is an auction for an actual working keyboard, it is not a sale for a modification, it's the whole shaaa-bang.! I should also stress that the body and cosmetics of the keyboard are 10 / 10!
Here are some finer details;
- All light blue buttons and fader caps are now dark blue.
- The side rails are now solid maple , the first, professionally painted to match the new faders and caps. The second is natural solid maple with a unique design.
- This particular design is patent-pending, with it's own serial number. You'll receive a certificate of owner ship.
- The bender is now a semi-transparent blue plexi-glass bender, with blue leds shining from below.
- The older volume and pornamento control knobs have been replaced with knobs that fit the design; blue caps and a white stripe down the side.
It is a work of ART. The stage effect is beautiful. A head turner for sure! and it's a lot of fun!"
Roland TB-303 with MIDI Retrofit
"This 303 is in amazing shape and works flawlessly with the added functionality of a professionaly built MIDI retrofit. The MIDI retrofit gives total control over your bass lines and with it you can completely bypass the tedious built-in sequencer. Now, a lot of people will tell you that the only way to get the true TB-303 sound is by using the sequencer, which I personally think is quite true. You can get around this by using the MIDI OUT of the retrofit. You can output the genuine 303 sequences into your DAW and this way you will still have the great 303 rhythm/tightness. I definitely wouldn't have had as much fun with this 303 if it wasn't for this great retrofit!"
UNIVOX Mini Korg K2 700s Classic Analog Synthesizer

via this auction
"What a simple synth. Dedicated sliders for both low and high pass filters (called Travelers)2 sliders for ADSR and a switch for each separate effect. Quickly change octaves or waveforms with the 2 large knobs. The only thing that may confuse people at first is the uncommon names Korg gave each effect. Things such as Attack, Decay, Sustain, Release are called Percussion and Singing. It may take some getting used to.
Kinda went over it's main features above. However, it has a few other interesting features including:Repeater - repeats the note based on the speed slider, very good for bubbly and strange sfx
Bender - pitch bend at the beginning of each note played
Expand - which allows the envelopes to effect the filter
Bright - which adds more resonance to the filter
Portamento
Vintage 1974 instrument with nothing besides audio outputBreathtaking in a lot of ways. Very buzzy and raw. Smooth leads, harsh gurgly basses, repetitive sfx, clarinet, nintendo-like sound are capable. The Cure used this synth in thier early days (Seventeen Seconds era) along with bands like The Cars (the smooth lead in "Just What I needed" for example) and Japanese musician Tomita swears by it's leads."
