This video is a demo of the recently-announced KingKORG Synthesizer.
Composer/Producer Mr. Akihiro Horikoshi plays "Mellowness", one of the demo songs included in the KingKORG Synthesizer. The drum tracks are provided by the KROME Music Workstation, and the backing track was sequenced using the second of KingKORG's two timbres. Because this was performed in real-time while manipulating the two timbres, Mr. Horikoshi plays a different phrase from the demo.

"In this video I am playing Abacab by Genesis. I programmed the Jupiter 8 to play the synthesizer 5ths by simply tuning two oscillators a 5th apart. I am using the Jupiter 6 for the organ parts with the right hand, and with the left hand I am playing the synth bass part using split mode. I would like to thank mima14031985 for inspiring me through his version of this song :) Thanks for watching and be sure to check out my other Vintage Synthesizer videos!"

"Music Ipad Iphone app Caelestis. This is a little app for creating sounds by bouncing balls within three shapes. While I've seen similar apps before, they are great for creating ambient sounds but not useful for much else. The app is free so I'm not complaining."

"The Fourier synthesizer WA-9307 by PASCO scientific is a harmonic wave generator by which forming a periodic signal from it's sinusoidal harmonic components can be studied experimentally. The instrument can generate two separate fundamentals of 440Hz and their harmonics up to the 9th harmonic. The phase and amplitude charasteristics of each harmonic can be adjusted freely, so both sine and cosine components can be generated.
This unit is perfect working and in nice cosmetic conditions, very useful on modular synthesizers as Harmonic generator, professional

"There are two things I really love about this effect; 1 is that you can mix in your clean signal, which is something I love to do with guitar and another fuzz pedal, blending the Sonic Alienator to taste. It's a really cool way to add some decimation to your otherwise "vintage" sounding fuzzes/ The 2nd thing I love about this effect is the addition of a powerful lowpass filter that can position either pre or post decimation, for a whole slew of sounds..."

"INCLUDES: ALTAIR-231 (s/n 1666), PEDAL, POWER CABLE AND ORIGINAL CASE
ALTAIR-231 is powerful monophonic 3-OSC synthesizer produced by Elektroizmeritel, millitary radio plant in Zhitomir, USSR, 1986. Synth has 4-octave keyboard (F-C) with velocity (sensitivity assign to vibrato effect). For live performance there is a wheel which provides pitch shift. ALTAIR-231 is based on 3-VCO (OSC-3 can work as the modulator), 1 VCF (lowpass 24dB/oct) with ADSR, 1 VCA, 3 LFO, noise generator (white/pink), glide, memory. It has an EXTERNAL INPUT allowing to use FILTER and GENERATORS with OTHER INSTRUMENTS such as guitars, synths, etc! ALTAIR-231 consists of 5 main sections - OSC, MIXER, MODULATION, FILTER and AMP..."

"Row D of the TKS is being used to change the "lfo" rate going to the DUSG and onto the Smooth Function Generator thus changing the spectrum of randomness in both pitch and rhythmic subdivision. At 1:11 begins a rough demo of slowly increasing the 'pitch' on Row D pots to slowly increase subdivision/rhythm/tempo. Note: the LED on pad 10 is out."
"hello this is a handbuilt noise machine built by me. it is a noise injector. it generates allkinds off crazy sounds that you can sculpted for your own brand of wierd. i have designed this one so that it can be plugged into your pedal chain without an extra mixer. so you plug your instrument into it the same way you would any other guitar pedal but now you have a sweet noise synth that can be stomped into your signal path at anytime. it has audio thru vol. and synth vol. when the stomp switch is bypassed your instrument completly bypasses all the electronics when engaged it goes thru an active preamp and the volume can be adjusted with the knob. this machine has a 3 octave vco for main pitch. this is basically 3 different pitches playing an octave apart controlled by one knob. then there are 2 lfo's for modulation and a voltage starve for further mutating the sound. this is a thick sounding noise instrument. runs on 9v dc neg tip power supply (not included) has 1/4 audio in and out keep mind that this does not effect the way your guitar sounds it generates its own sounds and you can mix them with your guitar or instrument sound."

"This is a hardware, knob-laden box that is basically a 12-voice Prophet 5 synthesizer. A standalone, hardware VST if you like. If you've found this listing, you're probably familiar with the ASB series (Prophet, Minimoog, Odyssey). These are DSP-based emulations of the originals, in a reduced size format, with reproductions of the original front panels and lots of knobs to tweak in real-time. In addition to the 12-voice polyphony, the Pro-12 contains on-board effects - a delay/chorus/reverb unit. The knobs transmit MIDI, for recording automated filter sweeps, etc. in your DAW.
These are relatively rare, especially in North America. I bought this one on ebay about 2 years ago, after waiting about 6 months before one showed up for sale.
OS is upgraded to the latest v2.0 version, including the much requested "really long glide" behaviour. There is also a software editor for the ASB, that can be used for patch management and unlocking some special parameters. I've never needed to use that -- just played it hands-on through a guitar amp.
The point of the ASBs is that you can just switch it on and play immediately, with hands on control. No need to fire up the computer and mouse around. The knobs also transmit midi, so it's a great match for controlling VSTs like Pro53 or the Arturia ProphetV if you like, It's not as good as a real Prophet5, of course. But it stays in tune, has 12 voices rather than 5, and is suitable for gigging."

"This is the very limited edition version of the MF-104 with almost double the delay time (up to 1.4 seconds). It's got voltage control over the feedback, time, and mix values so you can use an expression pedal or a modular synth to modulate these values for interesting results. There is also a loop send/receive so you can process the delayed signal with another unit for even crazier sounds.
The MF104SD was released in a limited edition of 250 units which sold out very quickly about 10 years ago and is considered the holy grail of modern analog delays nowadays."

"The Moogerfooger MF-104 Analog Delay is a rare, limited edition offering from Bob Moog and Big Briar (now Moog Music). This excellent little tool is an authentic analog delay device with a delay range of 40 milliseconds to 0.8 seconds. This is perfect for re-creating an analog slap-back echo effect. Because it's analog, it has a very warm overtone that's nicer than most digital delays.
There are three main knobs to adjust delay time, feedback and wet/dry mix. Each of these parameters can be externally controlled by control voltage or expression pedal. Additional knobs to adjust the Drive or gain of the audio input to the delay, Loop Gain which sets the gain of the external feedback loop, and the Output Level knob are also available. So why is it a limited edition? Big Briar has secured a supply of the last analog delay chips and so only about 1,000 units were produced. The final units were sold in 2001 and the MF104 Analog Delay remains one of the most sought-after of the moogerfoogers."

"My Chromatic Hits soundfont is loaded into the Bismark bs16-1 soundfont player. With Virtual MIDI, Phaedra sends each of its patterns through a different MIDI channel to the bs-16i.
Note that the lights indicating the triggered step seem to go out of sync but the sound does not. This happens on my iPad 3 but not on my iPad 2. I don't know if this is a bug or if it's caused by the Retina display. I have used the iPad 3 to make the video.

"This is not a mod. It's just something most 606 owners don't know about.
When the TR-606 is synced in slave mode, you can adjust the decay time of the hi-hats by adjusting the tempo knob. The cymbal gets slightly different too."
"Exploring the EML Electrocomp 400 & 401.
Looking for cool experimental sounds.
It's a unique synth/sequencer combo from the 1970s.
I'm going have lots of fun with this over the coming months.
