The Octacosm is an Octatrack Template that turns the Octatrack into a granular effects processor which is great for processing synthesizers. We will be sampling into the Digitakt and making some music from scratch.

"We've just uploaded our second video clip 'Findings' from our freshly released EP.
The vocal melody was inspired while listening to Tangerine Dream's Stratosfear. Then I started building the intro with my MS 20 sequenced by an SQ1. Added drums from my drumbrute but the final buildup came into existence after adding a acidic bassline from my TB303. The soprano the final section is a sample from Maria Callas opera drenched in reverb ."

Anyway, I stopped working to test a patch idea: using the Ladik J-110 Derivator to create 4 separate gates from a single Erica Synths LFO output that are used to play a Squarp Instruments Rample sample player. (Athena Ladik Burst module is processing one of the outputs from the Derivator)"

Opp Ned comes with 12 pre-programmed arpeggios, including tetrads, major, pentatonic major, minor third, and pentatonic minor arps, but the Load/Edit/Save functionality makes it easy to create your own custom patterns. The entire of Vol.1 and Vol.2 are using UB-Xa Atrophy setting No 1 - Ue/XW so no need to change any settings. I supply my voice panning settings in the pack instructions, but that can be changed to suit the users taste :)"
