2 cv outputs from Turing to the Doepfer A-156 Quantizer.
Klee sequencer. CV output A controlling the transpose of the A-156. CV output B controlling sequence length in Turing Machine via Bytes.
1 cv output from Turing to cv A-106-6 filter.
2 x Doepfer A-110 oscillators. One for bassline, one for melody.
Doepfer A-106-6 filter for melody.
Doepfer A-101-2 LPG for bassline.
One output from A-106-6 to Ibanez AD-202 Analog Delay (rackmount), stereo out.
One output from A-106-6 to Synthesis Technology E580 Delay, stereo out.
Two outputs from A-106-6 to Tip-Top ZDSP with Shimmer Reverb loaded, stereo out.
Drums provided by Touched by Sound Syncussion DRM-1, triggered by Mutable Instruments 'Grids'.
The Rainbow Turing Machine was originally built by Eli at Circuit Shaman, he also did the Bytes upgrade for me. Top notch build and service.

Modular Synth - Fun With Quantisers - Quantimator / Doepfer
Published on Oct 31, 2014
"Here's a patch that's heavily quantised using a Toppobrillo Quantimator and a Doepfer A-156 Dual Quantizer.
Some patch notes:
The Klee is running in 2x8 mode with output A having a re-settable random voltage applied to it via the Turing Machine.
CV outputs from A and B are going to the Doepfer A-156.
A CV output from the Turing Machine is going into the Quantimator, which is being clocked at x3 of the root tempo.
The Turing Machine is being clocked first at x1 then changing back and forth between x1 and x2.
CV outs from the Quantimator are feeding 2 x Doepfer A-110's and a Verbos Harmonic Oscillator, the CV outs from the Doepfer A-156 Dual Quantizer are feeding 2 x Doepfer A-110 oscillators, and one of them is multed to a Livewire AFG.
The only filtering is on one (AFG) part which is the slightly squelchy bass bit. The rest are just raw from the oscillators, apart from the one from the Verbos which is going through a Cyndustries Saw Animator to create a thick bassline type thing.
Here's the finished track which will be released on my next album....

"Highest quality parts available - no compromises. Artfully hand wired in the 5U MOTM / MOOG Format.
scratches the surface of what the Klee is capable of
Modifications:
Custom LED Colors: This Klee been modified with Bi-Color LEDs so Stage LEDs 9-6 are green when the sequencer is in 2X8 mode. Blue LEDs on Random and Bus 2 Status. Yellow LEDs on Rate and Bus 1 Status. Green LED on Bus 3 Status. Red LED on Main Bus Status.
The Klee is the most feature packed, crazy, beautifully insane sequencer out there. Every option is implemented in this layout. Once you get one the Klee in your rack, you'll wonder how you managed without it. It can function like any other 16 step sequencer out there, or it can function like it has a brain of it's own. Easily programmed with your own ideas, or flip the Random Switch and find out what "it" has in mind. An endless source of inspiration.
This is one BIG build. Save yourself the time, hassle, and inevitable troubleshooting by purchasing this Klee fully and professionally assembled by Free State FX.
The Klee, pronounced Clay, is a shift register based sequencer. What makes the Klee different from most sequencers is that more than one Stage/Step can be active at any given time. Most sequencers have one active Stage, the CV for that Stage is programmed via the pot, and the CV is then sent to the CV Out. With the Klee, one or more stages can be active at one time, the CV programmed by the active Stages is added together, and is then sent to the CV Out..."

Return of messing around with Klee Sequencer
Published on May 1, 2013 Brandon Smith·11 videos
"Nothing serious musically, just a little of this klee sequencer diy'd behind the Panel and daughterboard that NV from muffs came up with, got all the parts in the mail over the weekend from him, synthcube, and electro music, and had a painless build for the most part, (a little tweaking here and there needed, nothing major, had a funky rotary switch that threw me for a loop for a second there and some cable assemplies that needed to be battoned down mo' better) especially compared to how hard it would have been wiring without the daughter board."

Just got this klee sequencer......
YouTube Published on Sep 12, 2012 by brandonrsmith23
"So yeah Got this Klee sequencer back from todd fletcher - I'd built the boards up and gotten all the parts together, but then got to the wiring and chickened out - so much soldering! So Todd did that dirty work and sent it back all calibrated and ready to roll. It's a biggy, kind of huge footprint for my system, a machinedrum is beckoning (again), and thus it is listed. But man, this is a very cool gadget and I kind of hope it doesn't sell and forces me to look at expanding rig size, which I'd kind of not wanted to do. (So why build a klee. I know.) Anyway, neato thing, check it out, first night I've gotten to get hands on with it and I only understand a fraction of what goes where and how, but very fun anyway. We'll see."

"Nice Klee in custom build, only 2.5" behind panel. 1/4" MOTM format.
Bridechamber panel. Works great. Cool sequencer, I am building my second one in a slightly different format.
A good bit of time and effort goes into building one of these.
Sold AS IS, as seen, no returns. I am not a music store."

"In which the monkeys in my synthesizer express their outrage at the unfairness of their captivity
Basically the same patch as my last video. Still just 5 modules used. The Dual Wogglebug is doing a lot - modulating things left and right and putting out the wobbly clock that's driving the Klee Sequencer, which driving the pitches of the cross-modulated Buchla 258 Dual VCO clone and the frequency of the Korgasmatron III VCF which is in bandpass mode. The Wogglebug is also flipping the panning of the Yusynth Mixer/Panner around. And it's all going through a Eventide Space with a really basic Hall setting. Recorded straight into the computer, no audio editing afterwards. Copyright 2012 Stephen Drake."

"Only the camera mike on this one, sorry - I may redo it later when I have more time. Just 4 modules used for this, although they're all pretty deep modules. Dual wogglebug is producing a crazy variable clock, which drives the klee sequencer. The A and B out of the Klee are driving a cross modulated Buchla 258 clone. The 258 top oscillator output is going into the Korgasmatron III, only using the B side, in bandpass mode, which is being frequency modulated by the A+B output of the Klee. I also have an output of the wogglebug controlling the stereo panning, but since this is a mono recording, you'll have to imagine that part. Featuring a vocal cameo by Fishpants the cat at 0:44.
