"Vintage Sequential Circuits Prophet 10 Dual Manual Keyboard Synthesizer with Flight Case This Prophet 10 is in very good condition, and is fully functional, although the Braemer tape drive has not been tested. Has factory MIDI and sequencer, and the original blue Prophet-10 flight case on wheels. This may be one of the last Prophet-10s made, as the S/N is 0444. It's big and heavy!! Includes power cord, electronic copies of the operation manual and service information, and one original Sequential footswitch. The flight case foam is serviceable, but could use replacement. The synth is wrapped in plastic within the flight case. Full pictures are here [captured below]. By far the most prevalent of the original Prophet 10 models, the Prophet 10 Rev3 was a better built version than the previous 2 iterations for more consistent and reliable performance. It used Curtis Electronics Manufacturing chips, and featured 2 VCOs per voice, a low pass resonant filter with ADSR, LFO, & cv/gate controls. This rarely seen monster analog synth is by far one of the fattest and nicest vintage synthesizers.

"Soon a day will come when a large number of these classic early digital instruments will be renovated and making music again - but sadly this is one of the many that need an expert touch to get them working. This looks complete, with the crucial pedalboard, which is a vital part of the instrument and without which it is just a source of keyboard spares and a characterful early 70s piece of design. With RMI's classic and distinctive fold-down leg design. Please check the photos for its cosmetic condition - pretty good apart from some oxidisation on some of the stand and clasp metalwork, and some discolouration underneath the card reader. No cards are included, but it does have its lid, and an unknown switch (see pics).
Even with its neat leg system, this is a seriously heavy and large instrument, so will need palletising (60GBP) if it can't be delivered by hand."

New ADDAC 511 Stochastic Voltage Generator
Chance music: from dice to Addac's Stochastic Voltage Generator
video upload by Electrum Modular
"Addac sent me over their latest module: the Stochastic Voltage Generator. It inspired me to delve into the eccentric history of stochastic (or aleatory or chance) music, from Mozart to Marcel Duchamp, John Cage, Morton Feldman, and Iannis Xenakis -- and from Buchla, Moog, and Arp to Eurorack.
The accompanying patch is inspired by Feldman's graphic scores (especially the early "Projections" scores). David Cline's detailed book, The Graph Music of Morton Feldman (Cambridge University Press, 2016), was crucial to understanding Feldman's scores and his complicated relationship to indeterminacy."

"At ADDAC System we love all sources of unpredictability be it by randomness or signal complexity. This module greatly expands on the principles of our ADDAC501 Complex Random from 2013.
This is a fully fledged 4 channel voltage generator capable of all things random, with quantization, probability, distribution, interpolation, time control, clock, states and a 32 step sequencer.
The module panel features a screen for parameter editing, and each button offers access to a single page of changeable parameters. This allows for a fast and fluid workflow across all settings so users can focus on their music. The combination of two encoders along with push buttons allow swift navigation and editing across all pages and their respective settings.
FEATURES
4 independent channels with bipolar CV / Gate outputs and Clock Input that allow all things random.
Each channel can be set to generate either continuous Voltages, Envelopes or as a Quantizer.
Controls over Voltage Range, Quantization with custom scales, Probability, Distribution curves and Smoothing, plus time and bpm ranges, time distribution curves and several clock sources.
A 32 step sequencer per channel that can work completely independent or in sync.
Mutes and Holds per channel.
3 States per channel allow very fast settings changes, from smooth to drastic transitions.
8 Assignable CV inputs and 4 Gate inputs can be internally mapped to any setting of any channel.
3 configurable Logic / clock outputs allows complex logic events comparing different ins & outs or as clock outputs.
Average CV output of all 4 CV outputs. Easy VCO tuning available in the Menu.
Calibration and mapping of all 4 CV outputs is also allowed through the Menu"

DIY SYNTHS DATABASE
This one is in via the site's creator, Misha who had the following to say:
"I’ve curated a collection of 61 DIY-friendly hardware synthesizers and related standalone musical equipment. All open source.
I created this site to compile dozens of open-source designs into kind a database, making it easier for anyone looking to build their first synthesizer to choose a suitable project without additional research.:
And via the site's About Page:
"Hey, I’m Misha 👋. I have quite a bit of experience building open-source synthesizers based on schematics found in the depths of the internet. I created this site to compile dozens of open-source designs into kind a database, making it easier for anyone looking to build their first synthesizer to choose a suitable project without additional research.
The list is constantly expanding with projects that I curate. If a project is listed on the site, it doesn’t necessarily mean I’ve built it (though I’ve assembled more than two dozen of them), but it does mean I’ve verified that all the necessary build files are available, published by their authors, and accessible to everyone.
The minimum criteria for adding to the database are:
The project must have published schematics.
If it’s a digital device with a microcontroller, a firmware source code must also be available.
Video demonstration.
Not all projects in the database are synthesizers: there are also arpeggiators, sequencers, MIDI controllers, and more. Almost all devices are standalone units, meaning they have their own power supply and don’t require external control voltage to function."
